• Hjh Surianah (10/5): The swimming pools view very stunning and happy staying there with helpful security guards. Really enjoyed and feel safe - Spacious and all facilities available 😍 Night view is very nice with small coffee table at the balcony. Need a few improvements for hanging clothes at the balcony. And makeup mirror in the room.

• Stefanie (7/5): Goede ligging - De locatie en het zwembad Het was niet zo schoon (stof, schimmel, kakkerlakken) en 1 handdoek p.p.. gelukkig konden we gebruik maken van de wasmachine.
• Raymund (10/5): Very happy with the apartment. Will be top on the list the next time we go to Kuala Lumpur. - Apartment was located near shopping malls in Bukit Bintang. Not much that I did not like. Maybe could have a small bin for food scraps.
• Paz (9/5): Superb - I stayed 6 nights. Very comfortable beds, good facilities, amazing view, good shower, everything was clean, amazing location! Enjoyed the pool I would add bed side lamps, and the iron and ironboard need an update

• Manjeeta (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Too many cockroaches in the pantry. There's hair on the linens. Also noticed it is a hotel for all the side parking, foreign women. Illustration and actual is totally different. No reception as well. Not recommended for families

• Chian (7/5): Overall - The cleanliness of the room is quite good. most of the plug cannot be used because is too loose when inserting any plug. And no minetal water provided.
• Whitelock (8/5): Great value and location - Location. Spacious. Good kitchen. Washing machine. Having a gym on site. Only 2 towels, no hand towel. Nowhere to dry washing. Holes in pillow cases and stains and holes in towels. Swimming pool was cold but not the owner's fault.

• Glory (5/5): The location is good, but the facilities we kinda disappointed as we didn’t expect the room was so unclean - Good location The beds are not clean, after the first night, our skin very itchy and with red spots, as the room has alot of dust. The laundry dryer is not fuctioning, no extra garbage plastic for us to change as we stayed many days.
• Deidre (9/5): A chic city apartment close to restaurants and bars - The location was ideal for me and my friend - right near a street of restaurants and bars with competitive pricing and happy hours. The street food street is also within walking distance, as are convenience stores such as a 7-11 and Family Mart. The balcony has great city views and the pool in the building is beautiful, within a peaceful lounging area. The shower worked well, so whatever issues they had in the past have been addressed. The decor is chic and calming. Overall, this was good value for money. The apartment could do with another charging plug as the one that was there had to be shared among us 2 guests. I had some nervousness about using the lift key card, and it would help to have another as we had to co-ordinate our times in sharing 1.
• Mariah (9/5): Superb - the room was big and comfortable. have balcony as well. wifi internet was very fast. the lobby was very elegant n peace have problem with the toilet n shower.. very slow to drain and some of fhe socket in my room not working

• Karssemeijer (1/5): No hot water and lots of mold - Kuala lumpur If you want a room with no hot water to shower, mold everywhere, even almost 1 cm thick on the ceiling in the shower, then you should definitely go to this place. After you come back from half a day of sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur and you are covered in sweat because the city is warm and you are looking forward to taking a nice shower, forget about it. There is no warm water and thick pieces of mold on the ceiling that look like they want to attack you. There is also a small kitchen in the room, but the power outlets are not working, so I don't understand why the owner put a water boiler there. The kitchen drawers had remains of food in them, and little bugs were crawling inside and on the floor. There is mold in every corner, and the bed looks like a cow defecated on it and tried to clean it. Normally, the owner answered quickly, but when I told him about the cold water, mold, and power sockets, he never replied. This room is inside the Ramada Hotel, and the rooms there were cleaned every day except for ours. Kuala Lumpur is amazing to visit, and we will come back again next month but never again to this room, very unhealthy for the body and especially with the amount of mold for the lungs, I can't understand the positive reviews, there are to many hotels to go to So try to avoid this one, next door room had warm water, never again we will book here, unfortunately I can only upload 4 pictures here

• Arifin (9/5): Good place to stay - Nice view fr the balcony.also near to popular place.u can just walk or took lrt to go there.This hotel room/apartment quite comfortable for my family.Will repeat here if i wanna go holidays to KL again. The parking rate a bit high but it's in the middle of the city so it's not a surprise to have that rate!

• Zn. (4/5): Horrible Management and Service! - 2 bed. The management! Difficult to communicate, and they can simply ignore your questions . I will never ever stay this unit again. and the management was horrible.

• Judy (8/5): very good, worth the money and very happy. - great location. right near bustling night life in Bukit Bintang. the building has doorman all the time, also a security guard for the gym and swimming pool area. felt very safe. though we could hear noise from the corridor, noise from other rooms or the street was negligent. very quiet I would say. great to have a washing machine. didn’t have bath mats so we used our dirty laundry as bath mat. if you’re fussy about cleanliness the mould in the shower grout and soap scum on the shower glass would bother you. not all the powerpoints were functioning.

• Siew (5/5): No good - Haven’t try breakfast, the most I like is just the location First of all the price for 2 nights that I get is reasonable , but I will never ever recommend this 1)the person who handle the property,service of the contact person is just crazy bad….the access card they provide at first is not working,and I calling the contact person but there is no response at all ,finally someone pick up after I keep calling ,but until the next day only they send someone to get the access card swap over 2)during the check in day only I received an email from the host, I just laughed after I read all the house rules, OMG… if anything you accidentally did wrong you might get penalty fines, here it is> didn’t switch off light fines 50, didn’t took off shoes fines 50, left any rubbish fines 50,furniture never put back to the right spot fines 50, dirty mark on the bed sheet or pillow cover fines 200, there’s a few more I didn’t list out…guys I took 20 minutes to double check and check make sure I’ve done everything correctly and no mistake before I checked out to avoid any penalty fines , so basically is all about stressful and fines,, so my advice to everyone is go get some other places to stay, why wanna pay money with all this restriction and stressful?? Ridiculous
