• Marina (8/5): I’d stay here again - is close to everything, shops bars trains etc and the room had all the amenities you needed. the beds were SO comfortable!! shibuya is loud but that’s the price you pay for staying there
• Paula (8/5): Good for a short stopover. - location was excellent. only few minutes walk from main Shibuya city centre. A little tight for 5 people with suitcases, but we made it work.

Really close to where all the action is and near the station The mattresses were a little bit too soft for the adults. Kids loved it. And I wish there were more hooks to hang your towels and clothes around the bathroom. A dry rack would be useful despite having a dryer machine

• Ellen H. (8/5): Nette kleine Wohnung - Nette kleine Wohnung, mitten im Trubel von Tokyo und doch ruhig. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Anleitung zur Anreise ist extrem hilfreich und detailliert. Ich hätte gerne einen Kleiderschrank genutzt, aber das war leider nicht möglich.

It was smaller than the fish eye photos made it look.The gap between the wardrobes and the beds was so tight that using them was nearly impossible. Having two double beds crammed in there spoilt the usability. I would rather futons on the floor. We were 4 people, and we were tripping over each other. Couldn't imagine being 6 like it's set up for.

• Jo-Anne (4/5): Unless you enjoy going to clubs and bar, I wouldn’t recommend staying here - Located close to the station and main tourist area like Shibuya Crossing. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable Located right next to bars and clubs which was too noisy. The bathroom next to the kitchen was not private. There was no place to put your clothes, towels or change in private

• Miki (2/5): - 除食店多選擇。 入🚪時放鞋的地方很多頭髮，地很骯髒，周邊很嘈吵，隔音差，晚上難以入睡。
• Emi (9/5): - We love to stay there, so close to everything from shopping , to dining. So easy to come back to the appartment to rest after a day och shopping. For med the bedsofa was best with two beds on it. Its not dubbelglassed so if youre a light sleeper you need earplugs.

• Megan (7/5): Good spot to stay in Tokyo. - Good location and reasonable price. Clean bathroom, kitchen and floors. The extra beds we requested weren’t made up for us but this was certainly not a big issue. The sheets didn’t seem too fresh but I’m sure they were clean enough and the couches were a bit mucky with crumbs etc.

• Lindner (7/5): Convenient and quiet - The location was nice considering the greater Tokyo area, it was also not too loud. The room was clean and comfy enough. Unfortunately we didn't have time to play the Switch, but I'm sure it's great. The host was a little strict with instructions and the room felt a little cramped. We booked for 5 people but only had 4 and it was still relatively tight.

• Jason (1/5): Double booked and kicked out - Do not use this hotel apartment or host. This property is listed on multiple platforms and the host will kick you out if they get a better deal.  Your booking confirmation and payment are NOT a guarantee that you can stay.  Here is my experience in order of events: The booking was confirmed and fully paid on booking dot com. I arrive at the address and met the cleaner.  The cleaner allowed me to leave my luggage inside the apartment.  I wait for hours for the cleaner to finish.  The cleaner finally finished and let me stay inside.  The host told me the apartment is double booked.  The host told me to "get out and find another hotel".  This caused me grief as I had a confirmed and paid accommodation but told to leave. Now I needed to "book" another hotel last minute. The host wasted my entire afternoon.  You'd think the company could choose a better name.
