• Jennifer (10/5): The view was wonderful.the apartment was clean and tidy we were walking distance to everything check in was easy - Close to everything we needed. My pillow was a too high but I should’ve taken my own lol

• Kenric (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! - Avoid at all costs!! This place is an absolute joke. To start with, you have to go to an Asian supermarket down the road to pickup your key for the room before getting to the hotel - such a complete stuff around, and was only given one key. Was then scammed into leaving a $300 deposit and told that they would only put a “hold” on my account for that value. The funds were actually withdrawn from my account and I had to follow up with my bank for the funds to be returned which took approximately 2 weeks. There was no warning of any of this at all on Booking.com when I made my booking. Would NOT go back!!!!

• Raquel (9/5): Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Friendly and accomodating staff managing the property - Great location. Close to everything but still quiet . Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Free parking . Check in process was a little awkward being off premise to pick up key and had not been provided with security code. Girl at pick up location initially told us we were in the wrong location to pick up key and tried to send us to another location. Eventually got it sorted though. Disappointed that the pool at the hotel was closed for renovation which we were not made aware of until after check in . But we were thankful and extremely appreciative that an arrangement was made to use a pool at a nearby location during our stay .

• Wendy (9/5): lovely unit great location all happened with ease - it was sound proof as can be very noisy in the streets . could not hear others up early & about in the flat . loved two rooms & bathrooms . location was amazing for broadbeach blues that you had to clean up the apartment / bins etc as $400 per night -expected that to part of it
• Meredith (7/5): Great sized apartment in fantastic location - Fantastic location, walking distance to surf club and Broadbeach mall with lots of dining options. Pacific Fair and tram stop within easy walking distance. Star complex across the road. Pool and spa located on level 2 was a nice area. Couch in apartment was really comfortable. Adequate cooking utilities. Good views all through the property. Great beach at end of street - patrolled. Apartment felt like it had been spot cleaned - euro laundry was dirty and had not been cleaned at all.
