Camas muito confortáveis e travesseiros maravilhosos. Ducha excelente. A limpeza poderia estar melhor. Tinha uma baratinha no armário da cozinha. Não conseguimos ligar o exaustor, o que fez o alarme de incêndio disparar 2 vezes.

• Theo (1/5): Would not book there again - The guests arrived at the accommodation to find it in an unacceptable and unclean condition, which forced them to seek alternative lodging. Additionally, the property does not resemble the photos shown on Booking.com. The mattresses are disgusting with huge stains. Given the circumstances, we are requesting a full refund.
• Lisa (7/5): Cute, cosy, warm - Neat and cute, quiet. Comfy warm beds! Some wear n tear type damage that needs repair or is in the process of being repaired. We discussed this with the owner; it’s all understandable and didn’t bother us during our stay.

• Nicholas (9/5): All in all, a good place to stay with a pleasant outlook in a quiet location. - The location was perfect for my needs due to location of the business I was conducting. The area was very quiet, although no one told the birds that were in the tree out the front most of the AM. The access to the garage was through the house. A garage remote for use would have been handy for the 2 weeks that I was there. I had to shift out over the weekend and didn't realise that I had to be out Friday morning. Received an email to return and remove my belongings which was perfectly understandable (I didn't have much). Belongings were packed up and placed in the garage - also acceptable and understandable. Unfortunately, my phone charger was not placed in the garage and was missing on my return on the Monday. Despite fixing the front gate for the owner I was not offered a new or second-hand charger for my loss. The children's ironing board was an item of frustration too if you need to iron a uniform daily.

• Palu (10/5): Enjoyable Stay - We really enjoyed our stay here. Located close to shops, eatery and service stations. We had an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again. The owner is available at all times to answer your queries and I must say very helpful.

• Shoukat (4/5): Not recommended - The checkout time was given as 12:00pm, however the owner/cleaners came at 9:50am and told my guests to leave the property in 10 minutes. My guests were forced to pack up and stand on the road for 1 hour before I could pick them up and take them to the airport. Very disappointing and humiliating.
• Marsh (5/5): While the house itself was lovely, the owner's actions left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend staying here - I recently stayed at this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Canningvale. The property itself was very nice and clean, meeting all expectations for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could ask for. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by the behavior of the owners. During my stay, my car broke down and had to be parked in the garage temporarily. Instead of offering any assistance or understanding, the owners were incredibly disrespectful. They went as far as threatening to call the police on me over the situation, which was completely uncalled for. This escalated to the point where they essentially kicked me out onto the street, causing a disturbance among the neighbours. Additionally, they charged me an extra $150 for leaving my car in the garage, which felt excessive given the circumstances. To make matters worse, they then tried to charge me for using the towels and sheets, which should be standard amenities in any rental property.
