• Shirley (9/5): Apartment at the center with everything you need. - The apartment is at the center, easy to go around. Good coffee provided that I enjoyed the boiling coffee every morning.. As the apartment is at the main road, It is quite noisy until late night.

Это действительно тот случай, когда название говорит само за себя. Локация – безупречна. Находиться в самом сердце города – это невероятное удобство. Все главные достопримечательности, рестораны, магазины и транспорт – буквально в шаговой доступности. Не нужно тратить время и деньги на такси. Стиль и Чистота. Апартаменты оформлены с большим вкусом и вниманием к деталям. Все новое, качественное, очень чистое. Чувствуется, что за помещением тщательно ухаживают. Мебель удобная, кровать – просто сон мечты! Полная Оснащенность. В наличии было абсолютно все необходимое для комфортного проживания – от свежего белья и полотенец до полностью оборудованной кухни и современной техники. Ни в чем не было нужды. Комфорт и Уют. Несмотря на центральное расположение, в апартаментах царит удивительно спокойная и уютная атмосфера. Отличная шумоизоляция позволяет полноценно отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Отдельное спасибо за легкую и понятную коммуникацию с владельцем. Заселение и выселение прошли гладко и быстро. Lux Home in heart of city center – это идеальный выбор для тех, кто ценит комфорт, стиль и безупречное расположение. Чувствуешь себя особенным гостем. Обязательно вернусь снова и рекомендую всем без исключения! Пять звезд без сомнений!

• Arman Astabatsyan (9/5): - It's very nice and compact apartment, very clean and almost with all the neccearrities. In the center if you like to get the city vibe and do some shopping, many cafes and restaurants nearby. It's noisy as the apartment is directly on the main street.

• Gor (10/5): Splendid! Everything that you need in the heart of the center. - Excellent place in the heart of the city! Easy check-in, clean and with all the amenities.
• Péter (9/5): Central, new furniture, superb kitchen - Very central in downtown, close to everything important, parking in the courtyard, brand new and high standards everywhere, nice and well equipped kitchen, new furniture, spacious, very helpful and responsive owner It's located on one of the main road of the city. If you are sensitive for traffic noise ( I'm ) consider it before booking. Closed windows with sound isolation helped ,from 24:00-7:00 less noise but, still some traffic.
• Jan (10/5): Pretty unbeatable price-quality ratio - Very clean, neatly located and spacious appartment with all facilities you need for a pleasant stay. Excellent communication with the owner. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Would definitely stay here again when in Vanadzor. Everything was perfect.
