• Marek (6/5): Price worth the level quality. It will be hot inside during the summers - Good communication with the property management company. Lots of space. Clean sheets and towels. Very secure inside a gated community. LOUD-house sits on the approach end of Orlando airport’s runway. On South flow every 3-4 minutes there are planes landing overhead until nearly midnight. This place is actually 3 bedrooms and a loft. Air conditioning limitations-aren’t allowed to set it below 75 degrees, which only cools the downstairs part, upstairs bedrooms are about 7-10 degrees hotter. Coming each time thought the guard shack can be a delay, waited twice in excess of 10 minutes for someone holding up upon entry. Place is in desperate need of updating. Price reflects the level of quality

• Lisa (10/5): Great location - close to airport, parks, and my daughter's college. - I wasn't giving information about the guardhouse prior to my arrival. Also, I was given the wrong door code for the washer and dryer. Otherwise everything was great!

• Aadam (9/5): It was pleasant and easy to access - It was nicely put together and very spacious the entire neighbourhood was clean and very respectful with amazing staff The property gets hit sometimes even tho the ac runs and some bits of furtnitre aren’t the most stable so you do have to be a bit careful
• Marisabel (10/5): A great place to stay and feel as if you were at home. - Size of the house was perfect for an adult family of 6. Very spacious and the openness was incredible. Neighborhood and location was great anything and everything in close proximity. Would definitely stay again

The 4th bedroom is actually not a bedroom but a loft, which was not disclosed in the description and the pictures made it look like a bedroom. Would have liked to know that. Needed more towels as well.
