• Kylie (8/5): Comfortable with heaps to do and see in neighbourhood! - Location perfect. Many great places to visit right on your doorstep. Parking was great. Tatiano was exceptional and very helpful at check-in. I would have been a little stuck with regards to linen for the sofa if I didn’t ask Tatiano. Building site adjacent was a bit noisey, although did provide some entertainment. Maybe was a little pricey but might be due to cricket being on.

• Julia (10/5): Modern apartment in convenient and vibrant location - The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay whilst working away from home. The added benefits of pool/spa, gym and undercover parking were fantastic. Great location with restaurants, cafes and shops within easy walking distance - vibrant atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Carpark navigation was initially quite hard and thankfully I was with my partner so easy to navigate however if by yourself it is not a very appropriate system to access the park.

• Merise (6/5): Needs maintenance - Location was good. Oven didn't work, handle that clipped onto saucepans was broken. Made using saucepans dangerous with no handles. Toilet seat loose and slipped when used.
• Stephen (8/5): Very enjoyable, close to good museums and galleries and good food and drink options in Fish Lane! - Arrived early and agents cooperated well to be there early too. Only perhaps a wooden or aluminium threshold for the small step up from the living room to the bathroom which I tripped on a few times! Perhaps also, written instructions on the electronic devices like aircon and window blinds. Some people are not so used to high tech gadgets…..

Close to the central city and Southbank with plenty of local options for food and drinks Unfortunately there was construction across the road which meant we couldn’t have the doors open but it wasn’t a major

• Tania (4/5): Would not stay in this apartment again - Great location Sofa bed was wet so my daughter couldn't sleep on it. Carpet had a dirty patch and apartment had a musty wet smell.
• Karl (8/5): Lovely stay. No issues with the apartment. Had excellent communication from the group and met by a lovely concierge who - Was nice location and there are so many excellent restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. Close to transport. No noise disturbances with multiple building construction occurring around the appartments. The hallway had a strong smell of what we could describe as mouldy wet carpet. However it wasn’t wet. The room itself was nice. Small for the cost and slightly tired looking. Still pleasant though.
