- Fleur (6/5): Disappointing - Great location Fridge was not working when we got there and emitting a rancid smell. Advise the property but no resolution in the 4 nights we were there. Also needs a deep cleaning, under couch cushions etc The property did refund us $25 a night
- Byron (5/5): too hard to book, won't stay here again - The booking process was too hard. once we booked with booking.com we then had to rebook with the property directly. it was painful and a waste of time. we won't be booking through booking.com again
- Herwin (1/5): Terrible. They dont know the concept of proper cleaning. - Location Very dirty, a lot of appliance/things not working, no shampoo, hand wash, proper shower gel. Couch and chairs are awful— stains everywhere. Walls are not cleaned properly.

- Liz (8/5): Great location - Location was fantastic, close to shops, public transport and city. Quiet but very central. Definitely somewhere I would consider staying again. Easy access for everything just like the advert said and easy to locate the key. Very modern and everything needed for a self sufficient stay. All you needed to do was buy groceries if you were going to do you own cooking. Cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Oven was dirty had to clean that and cooking equipment before use. Dusty because air con vent hadn't been cleaned in a while. Shower could have done with a good scrub

- Rhino1770 (3/5): Poor - Location Don't bother booking through Booking.com as it's an Airbnb. You can't even talk to any staff, impersonal service or should I say zero service and guest experience. I would suggest booking directly with Silkari Suite's Chatswood as you receive all the benefits of the hotel. Receiving free coffee in the morning, access to the gym and shuttle bus and general customer service from staff. As you have booked a room that is privately owned and not in the hotel's rental pool they don't offer any service or assistance.

Very close to all amenities,. including restaurants, Westfield shopping centre and the train station is less than 5 minutes walk. Communication with the hosts was very prompt. Excellent place in a very nice hotel, we were on the 10th floor Everything was perfect
