• Tim (8/5): Good for both comfort and value for money. - Very happy. Given the purpose of our visit, BIG football match, taxis could not easily get up to Taksim Square, which meant we had to walk up and then back down. However, on a normal day, I'm sure there would not have been any problems.

• Dounia (1/5): - Séjour catastrophique au Cher Hotel & SPA Taskim Istanbul. Nous avons découvert des punaises de lit dans DEUX chambres différentes (803 puis 311) durant notre séjour. Malgré nos signalements, le personnel de direction nous a accusés d’avoir apporté nous-mêmes les punaises de lit, avec un comportement agressif et humiliant. Literie sale, traces suspectes sur les matelas, effets personnels manquants après passage à la blanchisserie. Les femmes de ménage ne changent pas les draps quotidiennement, elles passent uniquement le balais, font le lit et changent les serviettes. Le jour du départ après avoir exprimer notre mécontentement global au Responsable celui ci a été très agressif, la sécurité de l’hôtel a même tenté de bloquer notre taxi en attendant la police. Expérience traumatisante, manque total d’hygiène et de professionnalisme. Fuyez cet hôtel qui n'est absolument pas digne d'un 5 étoiles si vous tenez à votre santé et à votre sécurité. Les avis ne sont pas du tout fiable, les commentaires sur leur Instagram ont été bloqué afin d'empêcher les clients de s'exprimer librement. Réponse au commentaire de l’hôtel : absurde, aucune enquête sérieuse n’a été menée durant notre séjour, ni dans la chambre 803 ni dans la chambre 311. La chambre 803 a été réattribuée seulement quelques heures après la découverte des punaises de lit, ce qui soulève de sérieuses questions quant à la réalité et à la qualité des vérifications effectuées. La chambre 311, que nous occupions, elle n’a jamais été inspectée non plus. Seul un nettoyage superficiel a été réalisé alors que nous étions encore sur place. Par ailleurs, il est important que les futurs clients soient informés du comportement particulièrement inacceptable du personnel de réception. Nous avons subi des agressions verbales alors même que nous étions les victimes de cette situation. Vous avez également appelé la police à notre encontre sans justification, et empêcher notre taxi de nous conduire à l’aéroport

• Ayanda (6/5): Rooms not being properly cleaned and the terrible breakfast options let the hotel down. The staff were pleasant though - The location and friendly staff. On arrival the carpet in my Jnr suite were filthy and there was a day we’re our room was not cleaned even though we had requested. Came back late to an unmade bed. My sister and her husband also had issues with the cleanliness of their room. It was clear that keeping the rooms clean was not consistent. Breakfast was not worth what we paid. So many guests came down around 10:00 and on 3 different days there was hardly anything to eat. The only protein option was boiled eggs. The main choices were greens and carbs.
• Daniel (4/5): In die Jahre gekommen und enttäuschend - Leider nur das große Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und der Starbucks neben an. Definitiv kein 5 Sterne Niveau, auch nicht für die Türkei! Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und durchgelegen. Keine gute Schallisolierung. Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Spabereich war geöffnet von 9-22 Uhr und darf nur mit Badekappe betreten werden. Ein billiges Model konnte man für €5 erwerben. Spa war im Keller, entsprechend auch die Atmosphäre. Frühstück war auch eine Katastrophe, kaum ein Gast schien zufrieden zu sein. Kaffee war ungenießbar, Orangensaft war chemisch und sehr schlecht. Ansonsten viel Auswahl, jedoch komische Sachen. Der Koch lief zwar durch den Raum, aber ein einfaches Omlett konnte man nicht bestellen. Wir haben dann außerhalb noch ein Frühstück nehmen müssen. Jedes 2-Sterne Hotel mit Interkontinentalem Frühstück ist besser. Die Lage ist nahe am Taksimplatz, man muss aber sehr Steil 800 Meter hochlaufen, ca 100 m Höhenunterschied. Ist zu beachten bei der Auswahl!!!

No hay organización, no nos iba el espejo del baño,llamamos a recepción, nos mandaron a técnicos, los técnicos a las de la limpieza, las de la limpieza otravez a los técnicos, éstos nos dijeron de volver a recepción, al final no sé pudo arreglar, pero esa desorganización... La zona donde está el hotel no me gustó mucho

• Mirka (3/5): The hotel was a huge disappointment and can’t recommend. - - The staff was kind and polite, especially at the reception we received good customer service - Some problems like the toilet paper and AC not working was fixed fast when said about them - Biggest problem was the cleanliness and hygiene, there was visible stains in the bathroom - especially on floors/walls and mirror (fingerprints), sink. The cleaners didn’t clean these during one week stay even after we said about it to the reception. - We left the sign to the bed that sheets should be changed but they were not. - Windows were so dirty that we the city view was barely visible. - The room had dust on floors that was not cleaned during our stay. - During cleaning the toilet paper was not filled even when it was ended, we needed to request it on the reception. - The shower door was missing/broken so that the water came on the bathroom floor when showering. - At the hotel restaurant we ordered a soup that was supposed to be lentil soup but there was no lentils - some vegetables though. The bowl was hot but the soup was cold, so it was obviously microwaved. The workers were nice enough to warm it up (in the microwave) when asked. - In the pictures the hotel and rooms look a lot better and newer than in reality.

• Dasha (6/5): Save yourself the disappointment - The only bright spot was the reception staff — they were genuinely warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, that alone cannot make up for everything else. Where do I even begin. The hotel is old and tired, and it shows in every corner. Our room smelled of dampness the moment we walked in, and the towels in the bathroom were far from white — they looked and smelled like they had been through decades of use without ever fully drying out. Breakfast was a separate experience altogether. The café smelled strongly of cats — and to be precise, of cat urine. It made it nearly impossible to enjoy the meal. We arrived on a weekend and were placed in a room with windows facing a neighboring building and a busy road directly below. The noise was constant — cars honking throughout the night made sleep nearly impossible. To top it off, the mirror in our bathroom was broken. We reported it immediately. We were told it would be fixed. It wasn’t. We were then promised a room change — but when we returned after a full day out, we were told it was “too late” to move us. Apparently, the inconvenience expired at our expense, not theirs. The real low point, however, was the spa. I booked a hammam and massage for $170 — and left in worse shape than I arrived. The hammam treatment was so aggressive that I came out with raw, scraped skin on my neck and stomach. The massage that followed left me with bruises on my arms and chest. The therapist applied excessive pressure with no technique whatsoever — it was painful from start to finish, with no actual muscle work being done. To make matters worse, the massage room was freezing cold. I came in already warm from the hammam, was immediately uncovered, and spent the entire session tensing up from the cold rather than relaxing. I left more stressed, more bruised, and $170 poorer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not for the price, not for the location, not for the spa.

• Ružica (7/5): Hotel se nalazi blizu Taksim skvera. Na dobroj lokaciji. Osoblje je ljubazno. Jedino mi se nije svidelo to sto je bazen - Ljubazno osoblje, koje je bilo spremno u svakom trenutku da bude na usluzi. Bazen u hotelu je bio hladan. Izabrala sam ovaj hotel najviše zbog bazena, u slučaju lošeg vremena.

На рецепции был очень милый администратор , приветливый и отзывчивый. Завтрак совсем бедный, еды мало но хлеба много , утром только яйца варёные и иногда к ним или капуста варёная или помидоры тушёные, очень бедный завтрак , в основном много хлебо-булочных и джемов всех (сплошные углеводы) Ковры в корридорах очень грязные , номер тоже не особо чистый , грязный умывальник был , стены чем-то забрызганы , мебель не протирают влажной уборкой

• Abdullah (10/5): Vriendelijk personeel, en goede ligging - De ligging was perfect en het personeel was erg beleefd en gastvrij. Het team bestond uit jonge mensen die hun werk met hart en ziel uitvoeren. Zeker een aanrader! Het ontbijt was prima, maar iets meer variatie zou het nog beter maken.

• Coco (8/5): Kind staff! - All the staff were excellent! We enjoyed interacting with them. People were kind there at the reception. Great spa area, huge gym and quiet. Spa and massage cost can be negotiated. The room was very big and spacious, very bright. (City view) The breakfast… unfortunately, there were no meat (not even 1 ham) but all vegetables, eggs, salad and bread. Cappuccino tasted really bad.

Ten obiekt nie ma nic wspólnego z 5 gwiazdkowym hotelem. - Szukam pozytywów i jest na prawdę trudno :( mimo, iż miał być to 5 gwiazdkowy hotel a nie spełniał standardów 3 gwiazdkowego. Ale zdjęcia świetnie wykonane. Blisko market. 1.Pokoje do remontów, łazienka z pleśnią, pourywane zawiasy kabiny prysznicowej - brak zestawu kosmetyków - szampon z gelem w jednym pojemniku mimo iż w ofercie było napisane coś innego. 2. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na SPA - które okazało się jakościowo zbliżone do basenu publicznego - brudne sauny, pourywane haczyki na ręcznik, brak możliwości spłukania siedziska w saunie parowej (brak słuchawki prysznicowej). Szafki na rzeczy prywatne chronione zamkiem cyfrowym - ale nie było baterii wiec nie działałaby - to chyba jakiś żart. 3. Przeciekająca winda - podczas deszczu podstawione zostało wiaderko - prąd i woda to nie dobre połącznie. 4. Śniadanie bardzo słabe. Stwierdziliśmy pleśń w serze. Powiadomiony został pracownik, który zdjął ten ser pozostawiając resztę. Dla osoby weryfikującej - był to dzień 31.03.2026 ok.8.15 5.Mimo iż na mapie jest blisko placu Taksim - to nie nie jest tak łatwo do niego się dostać. Bardzo stromo pod górę. Dlatego osoby starsze, z wózkiem - nie polecamy.

• Kadir (8/5): Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Service, nur die Shuttle-Verbindung nach taksim war eingeschränkt. - Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Der Herr Ahmet an der Rezeption hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt, sehr freundlicher Mann hat uns bestens Bedient. Der Shuttle Bus nach Taksim ist zu unserer Zeit nicht gefahren, sodass wir jedesmal ein Taxi nehmen mussten.

• elena (5/5): It's not a 5 star hotel, far away from public transit. It's cheaper than hotels in the centre though - Amazing, knowledgeable, supportive and friendly staff at the hotel. I will highly praise all people working at reception desk: professional and wonderful people. Helped me tremendously. It is rare for a reception staff to be so supportive and friendly. Wifi worked well There was a sewage smell in a room from time to time, especially strong at night time. We ended up closing windows and not using air conditioner.The mattresses are old, we were literally sinking in them. Needless to say we had back pain after sleeping on them.

The towel count changed daily (from 5 down to 2), which was quite frustrating. Fine for a one-night crash pad, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. Expensive breakfast with a poor selection. Very disappointing value for money.

• Muhatet (4/5): Je ne reviendrai pas !! - Le lieu seulement Les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyer . On a eu un soucis avec la chambre mais le problème a été vite résolu . Mais franchement pour le prix la qualité n’y est pas !!
• ovidiu (9/5): Personal amabil,locație excelentă - Distanța față de obiectivele turistice,vis a vis de (bazar,șaormerie (excelentă),baclavale și un Carrefour expres aproape. Mic dejun repetitiv,slab caloric (fără omletă, bacon)bun ptr vegani.

• djeson (8/5): Good value and Great comfort - The staff were really attentive and the swimming pool and Spa was a great plus. Breakfast was also good The area is a bit too busy
