• Olena (1/5): Please return the money for the accommodation and the emotional damage that my family has suffered. - It was absolutely horrific. My family and I had flown in from Rome for the holidays. We'd been out all day and then returned to the apartment to rest before our upcoming trip. There were four beds in the room, all covered in dirty linens, hair, and blood. I understand perfectly well that the apartment is not new, but a clean bed could be made. All the bedding is dirty, smelly, and covered in hair. As a result, the trip was ruined because I had to sleep in a dirty and smelly place, and God forbid I caught some kind of infection. People, beware of this accommodation, and don't fall for the scam. It was absolutely horrific. My family and I had flown in from Rome for the holidays. • Valeriia (9/5): Цена очень приемлемая, мы довольны пребыванием. - Номер был большой и очень хорошая ванная комната. Так же было два умывальника и вы не мешаете друг другу умываться утром. Была кухня функциональная, но стоит добавить вилки и сковороду. Много полотенец и спальных мест. Кровати довольно удобные. Кондиционер подогревал комнату, если необходимо. Хорошая кофемашина. Полотенца некоторые стоит обновить, добавить вилок и сковороду.

• Gioia (7/5): - La stanza è molto comoda, ha tutto il necessario ed è ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici. Vicinissima ad un supermercato e a molti altri servizi. Purtroppo il pavimento era molto sporco e c'erano dei peli nella doccia. La cosa più spiacevole però è stata dover aspettare un'ora fuori dalla struttura non ricevendo alcuna risposta né per messaggio, né tramite booking, né chiamata. Alla fine finalmente sono state inviate le istruzioni per il self check in, ma sono rimasta fuori con tutti i bagagli per un bel po'. Comunque poi si è risolto per il meglio!
• Josipa (2/5): - I would not recommend. The only good thing is that it is accessable by metro. We could tell it was cleaned but the sheets were dirty and the floors could've been cleaner. We did not manage to turn off the A/C the whole night. While showering, the upper part of window is not frosted so we had to figure out how to not be seen by workers who were working on the exterior of building. Corvetto also did not feel safe overall. We have to admit it was cheap for 4 people.

• Kudus (1/5): Nichts zu empfehlen - Gar nix Apartment bei der Ankunft in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere die Bettwäsche war nicht frisch. Außerdem fand unser Aufenthalt mitten in einer Baustelle statt, worüber wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

• Ranjan Bala (1/5): Terrible stay- would not recommend to anyone - There was nothing to like. There was an issue with the A/C. The A/C was not working the whole time. We had to purchase a fan in the middle of the night, as the weather was too hot. We talked to the receptionist about the A/C issue and after 6+ hours, a person who was not a mechanic was sent to check the issue out in the middle of the night. Even after that visit the issue wasn't resolved. There was no staff on site, we were communicating throughout with the virtual receptionist who was neglectful.we had asked for more toilet roll, the receptionist ignored my request. We had to go buy our own toilet roll. We had requested a change of bedsheets. As the entire bedsheets, towels, pillows, dishes, and other utilities were full of dirty stains/smells. We were unable to sleep the entire night, due to the bedding issue and A/C issue. We were told bedding was changed every three days, which raised concerns over hygiene. There was no view outside, there was scafollding all over the building. Which we were not aware about. Very unhappy about the entire stay, please refund us our money back.

• Pascal (4/5): Un location impersonnelle (whatsapp uniquement) à petit prix mais tres basique et peu fonctionnelle avec un accès plutôt - La douche, la plaque induction, la climatisation Le manque d’ustensile (3 fourchettes, pas de couteau) . Les étagères (unique rangement) à moitié arrachées. Pb de réservation (pb booking?) : 2 personnes enregistrées au lieu de 4 : manque de drap et d’oreiller.
• Gina (8/5): Excelente apartamento para Familias. - La amplitud del estudio, la mini cocina bien apañada para el tiempo que estuvimos, se agradeció encontrar pastillas de café, azúcar y té. La cocina con fairy y los baños con jabón. Hay aire acondicionado y también nos vino de perlas para las noches de agosto. El baño espacioso y hay 2 lavabos, 1 exterior y otro dentro con la ducha. Por nosotros genial. Las personas opinan del barrio, pero si eres de Madrid y te has movido por Vallecas o Villaverde, el barrio del apartamento está muy bien. La estación más cercana de metro es Corvetto que te lleva directamente al Duomo. En principio nada. Solo hubo un detalle del cual le hice saber al anfitrión, pero seguro tomará medidas por el bien de sus huéspedes.

À 4,5km du centre-ville, parking disponible dans la rue en face, accès facile, échange avec le concierge facile également sur WhatsApp, règlement de la taxe sur site sécurisé. Le check-oit est à 11h00 au lieu de 12h00.

On a réservé cette appartement car on venais d'un camping en Toscane et s'était pour s'arrêter ce reposer avant de reprendre la route le lendemain direction chez nous en l'Alsace(France)Quand on et arrivé l'adresse de la location on ces retrouver dans la rue d'un quartier considéré comme l'un des pire de milan!(Ce qui et pas prévenu part le propriétaire dans la réservation!) Ensuite il y a du bruit toute la nuit! Dans la rue y a des gent qui chante! Qui crie!Danse!boive toute la nuit de l'alcool,sans compter le bar bruyant qui a en bas de l'immeuble!!!! Ensuite les dra mis a disposition son pas propre! Heureusement qu'on en avait ramener pour le camping on a pris les notre!, Puis le propriétaire du studio en loué un autre juste à côté du notre! Mes la nuit y a une prostituée dedant! On l'a entendu crie pratiquement toute la nuit avec ces clients! Heureusement que mes 2 enfants on le sommel lourd et qu'il était très fatiguée pour pas entendre les débat da coter!!!( Je vais pas vous expliquer les crie ou ce que j'entendais avec ma femme!!!) Et pour finir mes vacances le lendemain je suis aller a ma voiture et je retrouve une vitre casser!!! Ils avait fouillé ma voiture,après avoir pris le temps de voir tout ce qu'ils nous on pris! On ces fait fait volé pour pratiquement 700 euros d'affaire!mes ce qui elle le plus misérable!!! Ces qu'ils ont aussi volé une glacière et de la nourriture!!!! heureusement qu'on avait au moins sortie nos valise sinon on aurait plus rien et le préjudice serrais de bien plus!!!! Cette location et vraiment a éviter!!!!! J'espère que Booking annulera cette location et toute les locations de ce propriétaire et vérifiera dorénavant ou ce situe les locations
• Stefanie (8/5): Für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung - Es war alles sauber und man hatte alles was man für eine Nacht benötigt in der Wohnung. Der Check in ist einfach und unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe. Beim Hochbett war ein Brett vom Lattenrost zerbrochen und wurde einfach so ins Lattenrost gelegt.

• Guest (8/5): Billigt och bra boende som fyllde våra behov av tak över huvudet en natt. - Att det var billigt. Att det kändes väldigt instängt eftersom fasaden på huset genomgick renovering och man bara såg ut mot byggställningar.
• Guest (1/5): - Hej, Vi var ett gäng på 4 från Sverige och vi bodde på detta boende i Milano i två nätter, och tyvärr var vår upplevelse extremt upprörande. Boendets utformning krävde att vi gick genom en ytterdörr för att komma in i vårt rum. Vi fick dock aldrig en nyckel till den första dörren och informerades av värden om att den skulle förbli olåst hela tiden. Den andra natten, när vi återvände till boendet, fann vi dörren låst. Vi försökte ringa på dörrklockan, vilket störde våra grannar, de enda andra gästerna som bodde bakom den dörren. Även om vi kunde höra dem där inne och de kunde se oss genom titthålet, vägrade de att öppna dörren och skrek åt oss istället. Vi försökte omedelbart kontakta vår värd, men den hjälp vi fick var helt otillräcklig. Värden svarade bara sporadiskt och erbjöd ingen konkret hjälp eller instruktioner. Han påstod att de andra gästerna sov, trots att vi tydligt kunde höra att de var vakna. För att göra saken värre var klockan runt 02:00 och vi hade varken dricksvatten eller tillräckligt med batteri kvar i våra telefoner. Vi fortsatte att skicka meddelanden till värden men fick minimalt eller inget svar medan vi var strandsatta utanför dörren under en längre tid. Situationen eskalerade när grannarna började skrika aggressivt på oss och hotade oss och påstod att polisen var utanför. Han bankade kraftigt på dörren, vilket skrämde oss och tvingade oss att dra oss tillbaka till byggnadens entré. Till vår chock fann vi ungefär tjugo poliser och flera polisbilar vänta på oss utanför. Grannarna hade tydligen ringt polisen och felaktigt antagit att vi försökte bryta oss in. Samtidigt var vår värd oåtkomlig och gjorde ingenting för att hjälpa oss under denna prövning. Sammantaget gjorde bristen på korrekt kommunikation, avsaknaden av grundläggande säkerhetsåtgärder (som tillgång till huvudentrén) och värdens oacceptabla brist på stöd denna vistelse mycket oroande och helt oacceptabel.

• Guest (1/5): Kept up all night in fear, kids left traumatised not wanting to go on holiday again - Sketchy people around the hotel and a random man pretending to be the owner banging on our door forcing entry as he asked for reference number and for the cheap fibre door to be opened traumatised my kids. Had to call police twice as we initially thought the same man had arrived the second time but turned out to be the other guests who couldn’t enter as we locked the outer door for safety as instructed by police. Scared us to death as they banged the door wakibg my children at 1:00 am We later found out from the owner that he was a random criminal or robber trying to force entry and possibly take valuables Tape and plastic to prevent outer quest door from closing , lesding to this random man just walked in and started banging on our cheap fibre room door which we thought was going to break. Beds stank, every soap and body wash was empty or near empty. Scaffolding outside loud and a security concern as builders spoke loudly outside and the possibility of somone climbing into our room from the scaffolding, building sitealarm going off all night. We wanted to leave early for our safety but we were refused a refund so we stayed another greuling night.

La posizione è terribile, il quartiere non ispira per nulla sicurezza. Tutto il condominio aveva un odore di fritto andato a male. Le pareti sottili rendevano udibili qualsiasi suono provenisse dal vicino. L’aria condizionata non funziona o funziona male. Parecchi utensili da cucina sono assenti, come anche i più basilari condimenti.

• Stefano (1/5): Manutenzione inesistente - La posizione, la facilità del ritiro chiavi. Monolocale in apparenza molto carino, ma la manutenzione lascia a desiderare. Freezer pieno di ghiaccio (non so da quanto non venga sbrinato)poco potente perché non è riuscito a congelare i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo, sedie (solo 3 quando il monolocale è per 4, uno mangia in piedi) sporche e con buchi di sigaretta. Condizionatore non funzionante, abbiamo sudato, non siamo riusciti a dormire e avevamo anche due bimbe piccole, è stato un incubo. Inoltre stanno facendo dei lavori alla palazzina quindi è pieno di impalcature e calcinacci sul balconcino. Avessimo saputo non avremmo mai prenotato qui.

• Kensy Marbella (1/5): Inaceptables a la hora de pedir ayuda. - Lo único bueno es que estaba cerca el Duomo, pero lejos del aeropuerto Malpensa. En relación calidad y precio bastante bien. Que tuvo un percance con la llave se me quebró al girar para abrir la puerta eso sucedió a las 16h lo reporte y me solucionaron a las 22:30 aproximadamente, llegó una señora llamada Nancy abrirme la puerta y por toda la cara me cobró 50€ ( los pagué porque estaba con mi hijo y no tenía cómo hacer otra reserva en otro sitio tan de prisa) por haberme solucionado el inconveniente y como si fuera poco me trató mal no fue nada amable. Luego me dijo que el cerrajero llegaría el día siguiente a cambiar la cerradura que eran 120 a 150€ que corrían por mi cuenta. Gracias a Dios pude sacar el trozo de llave yo misma con la aguja de un pendiente que llevaba en la maleta. Y no pagué nada más. Pero la verdad no recomiendo este sitio.

Метро в 10 минутах, жёлтая ветка - 3 станции до университета, 4 станции до Дуомо. Соседей вообще не было слышно, первый этаж. Порадовали два умывальника в разных комнатах, на случай если кто-то занял туалетную комнату. За двое суток до заселения потребовалось оплатить туристический сбор дополнительно. Проблема в том, что только онлайн - оплата наличными не возможна. Было тяжело найти коробку с ключом по фото, обошли здание 3 раза, чтобы найти черную решётку с фото) Не хватало крупных планов фото, чтобы быстрее ориентироваться

J'ai loué pour 3 nuits mais il nous laissé que un seul rouleau de papier et que 3 dosettes de café. Il y a des tâches sur les oreilles. Les prises pour les charges ils sont pas a côté les lits. L'établissement devant un parc qui vend de dans de la drogue. Le prix c'est pas pour un établissement de cette façon et il des travaux par tous de meubles de façon les employés il ne dérange le matin.

Рядом есть супермаркет. Район немного пугает , много иностранных мужчин , одним девушках не рекомендую , странно , особенно когда темнеет. Номер расположен в жилом доме , рядом живут много мужчин восточной внешности.

They send you instructions just a few hours before you arrive.
