• Malvina (1/5): - Betreff: Beschwerde über unzumutbare Unterkunft & Bitte um vollständige Rückerstattung Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte hiermit eine offizielle Beschwerde zu meiner kürzlich über Booking.com gebuchten Unterkunft einreichen. Die Wohnung befand sich in einem unzumutbaren und nicht bewohnbaren Zustand. Bereits beim Betreten der Unterkunft stellte ich fest, dass die Wohnung in vielen Bereichen stark beschädigt und verschmutzt war. Unter anderem: • Das Bett war kaputt, sodass ein Schlafen unmöglich war. • In der gesamten Wohnung roch es stark nach Schimmel. • Das Badezimmer war dreckig und in einem Zustand, der eine Nutzung – insbesondere das Duschen – unmöglich machte. • In jeder Schublade befand sich Müll, was zeigt, dass die Unterkunft nicht gereinigt wurde. Aufgrund dieser massiven Mängel war ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht tragbar. Ich habe sämtliche Schäden und Zustände ausführlich mit Fotos dokumentiert und kann diese bei Bedarf vorlegen. Unter diesen Umständen sehe ich nicht ein, den vollen Preis oder überhaupt einen Preis für diese Unterkunft zu zahlen. Ich fordere daher eine vollständige Rückerstattung sowie eine entsprechende Kompensation für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung und eine umgehende Lösung dieses Problems. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Malvina Voskanian

Hier wird 0 investiert, nur maximaler Profit herausgezogen. - Leider nichts Dreckig, sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, Raucher Wohnung, Matratzen durchgelegen, Duschbrause ohne Wandhalter (defekt), Türzargen beschädigt, Rollos waren defekt, Heizung rumpelte, in der Küche ist so gut wie alles kaputt, das schlimmste waren die vielen Haare in der Bettwäsche.

• Nina (1/5): - Sorry, aber gar nichts. Die Wohnung ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Wir hatten nicht wirklich Komfort erwartet aber was wir vorgefunden haben hat uns die Sprache verschlagen. Das geht eigentlich nicht einmal für eine Nacht. Die Wohnung ist komplett verdreckt, im Bad schimmeln alle Fugen, die Schränke sind kaputt, aufgequollen, haben fehlende Türen. Zimmertüren fasst man besser nicht an. Der Boden klebt einfach überall. Die Matratzen....furchtbar. Die Küche aufgrund von Verdreckung nicht nutzbar.

So much confusion with the way your renting of an apartment works;) I actually went back to the Hampton inn where I had stayed for 3nights.The woman at desk walked me up and down street trying to figure out how to get into the room. • Tvsdntn (5/5): Price cheaper than most other places, but expected more for what we paid. - Cheaper price than most other places in the area. Had nice sized fridge/freezer combo. Washer and dryer in apartment. Good size apartment for large family. Was somewhat difficult to retrieve key from lock box. Code given did not work, had to call owner for new code. Difficulty finding which door was actually the apartment to enter, no door marking. Limited parking. Was not told there was a carnival happening during our stay (entire week of our stay). Because of that it was extremely hard to find parking and even received a parking ticket for parking in a spot where everyone else was parked. Website said toilet paper provided, but there was zero toilet paper in the apartment. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty, had to wash everything before using.

• David (7/5): Good - It was affordable, slightly below €100 per night for 5 of us. The kitchen had the basics to make your own meal. Rooms were clean and ample size. Rooms could accommodate up to 6 ppl, but the dining table was only for 3. Some of the window shade were broken.
• Muhammet (10/5): Exceptional - Location, parking area, rooms, wifi, kitchen are all good. Keys are placed in a box in the same neighborhood, easy to access day&night. There are 2 rooms with large beds and 1 room with small bed.
