Guest Reviews
- Antonio Cesar (3/5): Management must be improved to avoid similar situations - Unfortunately it wasn’t a pleasant staying, the property has serious problems about a bad smell in the bathroom. The problem was the transparency of the reception team, since they were aware of the problem. Great location
- Anita (9/5): Czysto i miło. - Czysto!. Pościel i ręczniki - czyste i świeże.
- Cintia (10/5): I would stay again - Location is great. No noise in street. Organized apartment with basic cooking ingredients like salt, sugar, coffee. Some noise from the top floor in the beginning of the night. But after they stop.
Bad smell from the bathroom.

- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Loren (8/5): Very good - 1. This is my 2nd time in the apartment. The area around Piazza del Popolo is great and I highly recomment the location. The overall space of the apartment is great and very comfortable with most all you need...not any great views, but very quiet.
2. Previously the lock to the apartment door was tremendously difficult to open. It seems the owners took the advice from reviews and replaced it. A big improvement. 1. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all. All other fixtures had great water pressure, but the shower did not. It was very very poor. I don't get it actually. I mentioned this in my previous review, but nothing has been done to correct it. I doubt we will stay in the apartment again if this is not corrected.
2. The sink in the bathroom drains incredibly slowly...even with little water running. I find it very frustrating and not very hygenic. I can't remember this from our last visit...so it may be plugged from previous visits. Or possibly not vented properly. Regardless, I would have thought that that housekeeping would notice this and report it for repair.
3. Of the 3 doors to get into the apartment, the lock on the 2nd...or inside door would only open from the inside with the key! Not with a pull as usual. If we hadn't remembered this on leaving, and left the keys on the table in the apartment...we would have been locked inside between the 2nd door and the elevator...trying to get to the airport! Thankfully I opened the door, had my wife hold it open while I took the keys back to the apartment.
- Szymon (7/5): Good - good locaton No more than 30min walk to the main attracions. overall the apartament has good potentat if it takes a compleate makeover. Worst experience for the the price. unfotunatly the apartment is very worn out the minute you walk in. cleaness wise terrible. mold in the bathroom, greace in the shower. kitchen knifes rusty so dont Brother making yourelf any food. any kitchen accessories looked like the cheapest one you could buy from Ikea and used 100s of Times. Old tv with no Access to netflix or other apps. stains on bed cover (at least there was a spare blanket). overall bad experience.
- Colin (8/5): Great location, Good amenities for Bachelor suite - It was relatively close to the Metro station and was close to several restaurants and shopping area within 5-10min walking distance. Having a kitchenette and everything you needed to cook if you wanted to along with a laundry machine was definitely beneficial if needed use. Essentially, it was a bachelor suite that worked perfect for short stays or even longer stays. I liked how the bedside plugs had USB C and A ports for you to have easy access to charging. Connecting to the WiFi was a breeze. While there was an introductory to the flat, there were no orientation towards using the key. I had to go test it out myself and luckily I had someone with me who also was staying overnight that could stay on the other side of the door to test the key and open it if needed be. One of the key opens and locks the deadbolt for the unit just fine. It was the key that opens the gated door on the ground level that gave me more hassle than needed. While you could insert the key from outside, you could not turn it clockwise or counterclockwise once inserted. The only way to get through the gated door on the ground floor was to stick your hand through the bars and insert it into the keyhole on the other side and turn it. Luckily I had good dexterity with my hands but I could not imagine if I had bigger hands or didn't have such dexterity, it would be nearly hard. Additionally since my stay was short (2 nights) it was something that didn't bother me much but I can imagine it being very irritating and annoying to deal with if I stayed longer.
- Connie (8/5): Very good - Location was great.
- Chokor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Loren (9/5): Superb - I've been to Rome many many times but had never stayed this close to Piazza del Popolo. Now I realize that it is an excellent location. I highly recomment the location. The overall space is great and very comfortable with all you need...not any great views, but very quiet. All rooms were nicely equipped. I would have scored The G Flat a 10/10, except for 2 reasons:
1. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all. All other fixtures had great water pressure, but the shower did not. It was quite poor.
2. There are 3 keys to get into the apartment...each used at different doors. Thus wasn't an issue, but the key to get into the apartment itself is far to difficult to insert. It can take minutes initially. Then maybe a minute once you get the knack. This is totally unneccessary and I'm sure iFlat and the owner will disregard my frustration, but just eliminate this incovenience and replace the lock.
- Eddie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and great little apartment for 2 people!! Host was nice and always there to assist.
- Majed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Glynis (9/5): Enjoyed our stay in this attractive apartment - A very comfortable compact apartment, situated in a quiet street within walking distance of a number of the main city attractions. There are a number of good restaurants very close by. We particularly enjoyed the family run restaurant only 2 mins walk on the same side of the road as our apartment. Access to the apartment was easy, as on our arrival, we were met by a representative with the keys, who then showed us around. The apartment is attractive and true to the photographs. It was very clean and the small kitchen provided all the necessary facilities for a good stay. The bathroom was also very well appointed, although it didn’t have a bath, which we were aware of when we booked Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a small apartment in the centre of Rome. The only disappointment was the television. It is a large flat screened television, but unfortunately did not offer any English speaking Channels. As we don’t speak Italian, we were disadvantaged. It would help other English speaking guests if this could be rectified in the future.
- Mahal (9/5): I enjoyed staying at this property - Good location, clean and functional Couldn’t shut off the light on stove grill
