• Emmanuel David (4/5): Demasiado caro para lo poco que ofrecen - La ubicación porque está cerca de la playa la actitud del personal, se demoraron un monton para el check in, el aire de la habitación no enfriaba para nada, la habitación solo tenía un solo bombillo y se veía muy oscura la habitación, no entregan ni siquiera toallas.

• Fabio (6/5): Regular, pudo ser mejor, atención mala. - Desayuno bastante regular, atención por parte de los empleados muy mala, hacían mala cara y no respondían bien cuando les preguntaba. A la hora de pedir el almuerzo nunca llegó la bebida, tuve que almorzar sin esta. Y la sazón de la comida bastante regular. Atención por parte de los empleados y la comida. Muy regular. Los precios también son bastante elevados en comparación con el servicio y las instalaciones brindadas.

• Byoungchul (1/5): Peor hostal en mi vida - Ubicación Desde el momento en que entré en el alojamiento no me sentí a gusto, porque no estaba limpio. Había arena por todas partes y la cama olía mal. Además, cuando me duché en el baño no había toallas, así que tuve que pedirlas en la recepción. No había champú ni gel de baño, solo un jabón barato como el que se encuentra en un motel de baja calidad. La habitación es mucho más pequeña que en las fotos. No lo recomiendo. Pensé que las reseñas eran exageradas, pero resultaron ser ciertas.

• Jairo Alberto (5/5): - Se pagó un valor de hospedaje por los servicios que "incluían" y resulta que cerraron el restaurante, el bar y la piscina de un momento a otro y sin ninguna explicación clara, es decir, pagamos por unos servicios que recibimos a medias. La primera habitación que nos dieron, con el sanitario tapado y el baño de la habitación a la que nos trasladaron demasiado estrecho, la ducha extremadamente pequeña, para mover un brazo había que dejar quieto el otro.
• Maria Teresa (5/5): - Es chévere que se encuentra a borde de playa Cerraron el lugar y no nos avisaron con antelación, no podíamos usar la piscina, no había servicio de restaurante ni bar y esto no lo notificaron para uno saber si estar o no allí. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, nos entregaron la habitación tarde y estaba super mojado el piso.

• Sindre (5/5): - Close to the beach, free breakfast. We waited almost an hour to check in even after check in time, receptionist were unbelievable ineffective. Mostly locals/spanish speakers stay here, so it's not good if you dont speak Spanish well. It's the party place in palomino. Load music till late at night almost every single day. The place also attract party people who like to do drugs and so on. If that's not your vibe I would not stay here. Its also in the commercial area in palomino, were everything is overpriced. If you want to find cheap restaurants you have to walk for 10-15 minutes towards the main street. If you want good sleep this is not the place. Extremely load music, people going in and out of the room at night, and wiggly bunk bed that wakes you up at night. I was looking forward to the gym and coworking space but did not use it since the spaces are not very nice -looks worse than pictures.
• Deirdre (6/5): Great place for a party! - The staff were lovely and the food was good at the accommodation. The location was on the beachfront. We were able to walk further down the beach to swim and to grab a drink at a chilled bar on the beachfront. The hotel is definitely a party venue - something we missed on booking - there are DJs that play every night until 3am which is great if that is what you're looking for. The beach outside the hotel could do with a bit of cleaning up too. Our shower was also a tap in the wall with no head. Cold water only but that was fine given the temperatures during our stay.

• Angy (10/5): - Siempre que voy a Palomino me quedo con ellos, fui con un grupo de chicas y a ellas también les gustó la comida y el lugar, sobre todo que estaba en la primera línea. Esta vez no fuimos de fiesta solo descansar del Tayrona y camas limpias, baños limpios.

• Valentin (1/5): Bad - The beach was full of trash, and the restaurant wasn't any better — dirty tables and a generally unhygienic feel. The room was very basic and poorly maintained, definitely not worth the price. The breakfast was honestly disgusting, with stale bread and questionable-looking food. The worst part? The non-stop noise that blasts until after 2 in the morning. If you’re looking to relax or sleep, good luck. And don’t expect any comfort — the air conditioning didn’t work at all, even though it was listed as included. Basically, you’re paying extra for something that doesn’t exist. The shower was just a faucet with cold water and no pressure. As for the WiFi — completely unreliable. Most of the time, it doesn’t work at all in the rooms. You can’t even load a simple YouTube video.

• Tjark (1/5): Bad - The experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The room had a terrible, lingering smell, like it hadn’t been aired out in days. We asked for an extra towel because the ones provided were damp and smelled musty — the request was completely ignored. The front desk staff were cold and unhelpful, and it felt like we were bothering them just by checking in. The bathroom was a mess: water would flood the floor every time we took a shower, and there was no way to clean it up — no mop, no assistance, nothing. The mattress was awful — impossible to sleep on. I could have slept through the absurd noise from the party, but not on that bed. The WiFi was almost useless, constantly cutting out or just refusing to connect. The only decent part was the guy at breakfast who was actually kind, but the rest of the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I wouldn’t come back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

• JMVS (7/5): Buena playa, pésima habitación, mal servicio. No volvería - Buen desayuno y la ubicación al frente de la playa. La habitación tenía un permanente olor espantoso, pedimos un trapero para arreglar un poco el baño que se moja despues de la ducha y no lo hubo, ni enviaron a nadie y la solicitud simplemente se olvidó. Salvo los hombres que atienden el bar y una de las meseras, el resto del personal es hosco, uraño, su amabilidad se acaba despues del saludo y se convierten en personajes poco serviciales. El colchón es terrible. Uno podría dormir con la música de la fiesta sin problema pero con ese colchon es imposible. El Wifi es esquivo.
