• Joshua (7/5): Got the job done - The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels good quality. The host communicated quickly and in detail. The location is close to restaurants and stores and the building is very secure. Plenty of space. It was somewhat clean 🧼 but there was also hairs on the pillows and the floor was not very well cleaned. There was a small screen missing on the left side of the sliding glass doors so there was a big hole and I put a mopcloth in the hole during my stay. There was a stove however absolutely nothing to use to cook with. The shower was hot and strong for about 90 seconds then it would get cold. It was also a little misleading because one of the reasons I booked this place was that it said there was 24 desk service and shuttle service. However during 3 days there was never any person at the desk in the lobby and in reality the “shuttle service” was simply the host telling me to use Uber and she gave me the number of a taxi service but that would be what you would do at any place you stay 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Overall it was fine , it was just a little disappointing in some ways.
• Denzil (10/5): Great position with professional and enthusiastic host. Stay here! - First and foremost the professional and friendly service I received. The welcome was genuine and informative. This persisted throughout my stay. Response time to enquiry was quick and helpful. The position was ideal for me. Can’t think of anything.
• Lauren (1/5): Don't recommend - Can't say what I liked because the host cancelled my booking (after I had told them I wouldn't be able to pay in USD). Host cancelled my booking - all of a sudden the booking was a "mistake" after I had informed them that I would only be able to pay with ARS or credit card and not USD (I did not have USD on me and was already in Argentina when the booking was made, so was unable to get any). When I told them in that case they needed to cancel the booking rather than me cancelling, I was assured they would. However the booking remained active on my app and I received an email from booking.com the day after the booking was supposed to happen saying the vendor had marked me as not showing up! Thankfully there was an option to choose in that survey saying the booking had been cancelled by the vendor which I ended up choosing.

Host Itala was absolutely wonderful - so attentive and great communication even making effort to come and great us and explain to where to go and how to change money. Very lovely lady and responsive with messages and help. Short walk to many awesome cafes and bars. Nothing
