• Piotr (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja za takie pieniądze. Spokojnym spacerem kilka minut pod Duomo, a dla bardziej leniwych przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy tuż obok. Mogłoby być cieplej, bo ciężko zagrzać klimatyzatorami w zimę. Czystość i wygoda na dobrym poziomie.

• Louise (2/5): - The apartment did not match the description or photos. The bed was different, no blankets or carpet, and it lacked the cozy feel advertised. It smelled unpleasant, the sheets didn’t seem clean, and loud noise from garbage trucks and neighbors made it hard to sleep. We checked out after only 9 hours despite having 3 nights booked and paid for.

• Olamide (4/5): Definitely not value for money. - The location was okay. The property looked nothing like what was advertised. Curtains and floor were dirty, wall clock didn't work. No electric kettle was available. Lift was too small for baby's stroller and parent to fit in.

• Maria (4/5): Disappointing - The only thing I liked was the location. Left enough toilet paper and the towels were clean. We were provided with only two coffee capsules for the coffee machine, despite our stay lasting four nights. Additionally, there was no bottled water available in the apartment. Unfortunately, we were unable to use any of the cups or mugs, as all the dishes were noticeably dirty. A used sponge, seemingly left by previous guests, was the only cleaning supply provided for us to wash the dishes ourselves. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, while the bed sheets were clean, the room had visible signs of humidity. The pillows were very old and emitted an unpleasant odor, to the extent that we had to cover them with towels in order to sleep. Furthermore, the window blinds did not close completely, resulting in excessive light entering the room from as early as 5 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. We had planned to do some laundry during our stay, but unfortunately, there was only an empty bottle of laundry detergent available, making this impossible. I attempted to contact the property manager via the only method provided—email—but received no response. Lastly, the 10:00 a.m. check-out time felt unnecessarily early; a minimum of 11:00 a.m. would be more reasonable. Considering the nightly rate, I cannot recommend this property to others.

Apartment has basic needs and is located very close to the city centre an - - very good location to city centre - very comfortable and has all basic needs - has a nice small balcony - has two good working AC units - apartment host replies to messages right away - shower was slightly leaking at the bottom - even though balcony was small, it had stuff in it with no tables and chairs, the AC unit took up a lot of space
• Ana (7/5): Good - I asked for a baby cot which they charged for 30€. At first it was not even in the room so I had to request it again, although they charged for it immediately. Once it was provided, it was broken causing risk for my baby while sleeping.

It exceeded my expectations and had everything we needed. The host messaged us the morning of our arrival to let us know all the access information which was very easy to follow The mattresses were a little uncomfortable but not too bad and there was a dog somewhere close in the building that barked a lot but that couldn’t be helped. Other than that it was perfect!

We were supposed to receive self check in details in the morning but it wasn’t until after the check in time and after I had called him that he finally sent over instructions. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We did not know any details about check-in until 1 hour before our arrival. We had to call hosts few times and they did not answer the calls. It was really irresponsible from them.

Excellent experience, would definitely recommend Unfortunately no bag storage available, but lots of locations to store bags around the city

Before i arrived to the day i left, i tried in vain to contaxt the property. I had called many times and sent many requests through email or booking channel. They simply do not respond.

• Diana (6/5): Practical place, close to center and providing the essentials for a short stay - That it was clean, well located The light was very white, missing some comfy elements like couch pillows. Although it had some basic things like shampoo and dishwashing detergent, it was missing nicer touches like salt or pepper. Basic things that we left there and would be noce to leave them for the next person.

THE MANAGEMENT LEFT US STRANDED AT 9 AM IN THE MORNING AFTER PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMING THE NIGHT BEFORE THAT WE COULD LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION AFTER CHECK OUT. WHEN WE MESSAGED HER SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY AND HELPLESS AND WE HAD TO DRAG OUR LUGGAGE TO THE STATION FOR OUR DAY TRIP! HORRIBLE SERVICE BY ROSHAN AND THE LADY!
• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - We loved the position of the apartament, 10 minutes walk from Duomo, was clean and well equipped. The host was really nice and let us do the check in earlier. We had a problem with hot water in the morning and the sofa is really noisy.

• Sharmin (9/5): Really cute stay at the place, didn’t want to leave! - the best thing was the smell of the place. Whenever me and my MIL came into the property we would sigh at how good it smelt. The place gave very cosy vibes and I loved the separate sink to the bathroom. Lighting in the sink area was very good for doing makeup too which is rare. I would prefer if there was more pillows available as the ones on the bed were very flat.

• Milos (9/5): We had an enjoyable time in Milano and the cost apartment was one of the reasons for it since we could replenish out str - Close to city center (Duomo, Vittorio Emanuele) but still rather quiet. Very clean. Well equipped with electronics. Fast internet. Central heating with two additional air conditioners. A bit cold at night (probably due to restrictions valid across Europe). Charging 30 euros for late check-in. Early check-out rules (10.00 am) which if you have a late flight is a bit tad.
