- Jody (6/5): I wouldn’t stay here, I would pay a little extra to get a place in better condition with better service - Good location & amazing view Very hard to find the property, the key was in a key box that was not clearly marked in the back of a liquor store, only one key, the pool, sauna & sofa bed were not available as advertised, charged me for linen for the sofa bed then said I couldn’t have it & have not refunded the money, the bathrooms flooded on the first night, the carpet was wet and smelled misty our entire stay, the sofa bed was broken, one toilet seat was about to slide off.

- Francesca (5/5): Whilst the apartment was lovely the things were not told ruined our trip - The apartments finishes were lovely. It’s above the 70th floor, without knowledge of this prior meant my daughter couldn’t stay with us. One elevator was broken and there was no access to the pool unless we paid an extra $100 which was not stated. And a bin was fixed in front of a fire exit due to the waste chute needing fixing.
- Shayla (5/5): with fewer people would be a fine stay, amazing views and close to everything - view was amazing all around, the amenities were cool too. staff at the concierge desk were really nice and helpful apartment was a bit unclean. lots of marks on the walls and found hair in one of the beds. were also a few issues that we just had to solve ourselves because the host didn’t reply promptly enough. was said to be booked in for our amenities induction 10:30am (had to come all the way up to melb early just to complete) but when we arrived at the place the desk said they didn’t have our booking, had to message the host to send them confirmation, then had to waste 3 hours to go back and complete it. garage parking instructions were SUPER unclear. if you ever decide to stay here the roller doors are on a’beckett street directly across from the secure parking lot, NOT queen street like it says in the manual. spent an hour trying to figure out where it was. only one key but the key is used for the elevator, garage, all the amenities, and to actually access the site. with a group of 7 it was a nightmare. with less people it’d be fine, but i think it can be improved alot more. personally think you can find somewhere nicer for the same cost, but other than all that it was fine.
- Emily (8/5): The positives far outweighed the negatives - Beautiful view, the apartment was amazing. Was a little tricky to find the apartment when first checking in. The beds are a little uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

- Mateo (7/5): All that glitters is not gold - The view is amazing The apartment was not clean at all. Whoever did the cleaning, did it fast and without focusing on the dust all over the house. For instance, the room’s wardrobe were full of dust. On the other hand, if the checkout is at 10 and the check in is at 15 , why on our arrival, both dryers were full with towels and bed sheets that by the way, we later had to store. 5 hours to not clean the house and leave the dryers full of clothing, unacceptable. Also, you advertise a pool and a gym but you don’t say until pre checking that to use the facilities you need to PAY 150$.

- Marilen (10/5): This apartment offered everything we needed for our 3 day stay and was in the perfect vicinity. - This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious and quiet and close to Melbourne CBD. It was Aldi very convenient having Woolworths downstairs. No wifi for the kids!

Door didn’t lock, no dustpan, brush, vacuum to clean up after locksmith. No basic supplies eg milk, sugar, tissues, tea towel. Two teabags and half a jar of coffee. Only one key.
