- Marina (9/5): Very convenient, clean and safe place to stay for a few days. - Location, size of the apartment, furniture - all excellent, beds were comfortable, kitchen corner had almost everything we needed - it would be good to have at least 4 wine glasses (there were some, but all of different size and shape, probably some time ago they had enough, but glasses tend to break and need to be replenished from time to time), the same goes for small bowls for cereal or oatmeal. We loved that we were in the center of everything, restaurants, bars, food stores, transportation, historic places are all just seconds away. We spent 10 days in the apartment. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. The price didn't include the cleaning (10 days is a long time), our host helped us to arrange the cleaning and the bedsheets' and towels replacement for an additional charge, but it's not expensive in Yerevan, and we were happy to pay. We didn't expect that apartment to be so dark. You have to turn the light on even during the most sunny day. The apartment apparently was rebuilt from 1bdrm place to 2 bdrm, so one bedroom has two closets, but the only small window that goes to loggia balcony, which is facing north. The other bedroom has a big window and a door going to the same loggia, it has more light but doesn't have a single closet or cabinet, only one small nightstand. This bedroom doesn't even have a light next to the bed, only a ceiling light. I would think that the latter should be easy to fix, and it would make the life of the guests much more convenient. This same bedroom has only one power outlet, and it's on the opposite to the beds wall - not convenient.
- Prem (9/5): Clean apartment at a very good location - The apartment is spacious and is located near the tourist spots, supermarkets, and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Light sleepers will have to close the windows to avoid the traffic noise. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a family.
- Berdischewsky (9/5): We chose to leave the place because of noise and other factors mentioned above. We left valuables... - The location is excellent, close to the heart of the city and one of the most beautiful streets of Yerevan. The apartment is clean and ideal for the price. the host is excellent, willing to help. The city noise is a big factor, particularly if there are protests across the street. While the apartment i on the 3rd floor, there are limited windows, North facing, covered with trees, hence it's dark and a bit depressing. However, it;s great for the price. The location is the sinner.
