• Rana (10/5): جميل جداً - جميلة جدا شقتين واحده في الدور الاول والثانيه في الدور الثاني والدور الثالث تراس والتراس فيه كل ما تحتاجه ويوجد بلاستيشن 5استمتعوا اولادي بالعب في التراس والموقع امام الترام وقريب من الاماكن السياحية ويوجد سوبر ماركت Bimقريب من الشقة الدرج متعب نوعاً ما اذا معاك اطفال او كبار في السن والخروج كان الساعة 10الصباح

• 鈺強 (10/5): So lucky to find this villa - We booked the entire villa. The transportation here is excellent, tramway station is just right across the road. Balat section is within walking distance. Life functions are also quite convenient, with many supermarkets nearby. We can buy food and grocery also in the morning and midnight. For the facilities inside, is also convenient. The kitchen has four stoves, a hot water kettle, enough tableware, a big refrigerator, and an oven. For laundry, there is also a washing machine and dryer in the room. The room is air-conditioned, and living room is large enough for 12adults and 2 always-running kids. The bed is all king size except the third floor's but it was big enough to fit me and my husband. You have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The hair dryer works very well! No matter it is day or night, the view on the terrace is speechless, makes people reluctant to leave. With the tables and chairs arranged by the owner, you can barbecue, have a drink and chat with your friends here😊 Except that there is no elevator, which is inconvenient for the elderly, everything is perfect. I am very lucky to find this villa.
• Fedor (7/5): Great place for a short stay with a large group of friends, during the day we used public transport to get to the sights - Nice terrace with amazing view, cleanness, responsive host, public transport nearby Not all of the bedrooms have air conditioning
• Mary (4/5): Not worth it for the price we have paid - The Terrace is the most beautiful thing in the place The lighting of the unit is poor, the stairs going up not good for elderly people. No necessity item in the kitchen and washrooms (ie coffee, coffee maker, toaster, some spices, cooking oil, shampoo, toiletries)
• Luke (10/5): Fabulous - Frankly, we did not expect that we would stay in such a structure for the fee we paid. A large mansion consisting of three floors, three separate apartments and a giant terrace. After spending time with your family on the terrace overlooking the Golden Horn and entire city view, when you go out onto the street, you are in the city. Very close to everywhere and at the same time away from the touristic chaos. There is parking 1 minute away. If you want to go by public transportation, there is a tram right in front of it that goes everywhere. Additionally, if you want to go to the Asian side of Istanbul, there is also a ferry station at the same place. It's like they built this building in the middle of public transportation :) It was definitely worth it. I'm not sure if there is anything better in this city, we really enjoyed it. All good!
