- Marcela (3/5): Não recomendo. Apartamento precisa de bastante manutenção. - Apenas da localização. Apartamento precisando de bastante reforma/manutenção. Cheiro de mofo acentuado. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade ruim. Banheiros velhos e com péssimo aspecto. Televisão da sala só com o fio no cabo (sem tomada). Ar condicionado apenas na suíte e mesmo assim velho, só funciona na função resfriar. Haviam toalhas usadas no banheiro quando chegamos. Não recomendo.
