• Sara (8/5): Perfetto per un weekend nel centro di Atene - Ottima la stanza da letto separata dalla zona giorno. Molto apprezzata la macchina per il caffè. I letti comodi e gli infissi isolanti hanno garantito un buon riposo nonostante la confusione della strada sottostante Il percorso sulle scale per raggiungere l'alloggio non era dei più accoglienti e lasciava temere il peggio. Doccia decisamente migliorabile.

The elevator works now despite the earlier reviews. It was fine for what you’re paying and the property that you get. Although soundproofing is kind of needed cause you can hear pretty much a lot.

• Selim (8/5): - Appartement très bien situé, proche du marché de Monastiraki, Plaka, Psiri. L'acropole et les bons restos ne sont pas loin non plus. L'appartement est propre et très spacieux, donc idéal pour un séjour à 2 L'entrée de l'immeuble n'est vraiment pas fameuse, l'ascenceur fonctionne 1 fois sur 2 et il peut y avoir du bruit dans les couloirs. Un élément que nous avons trouvé contraignant est le bruit des travaux à l'étage également, nous avons été réveillés par 2 fois à 8h30 du matin à cause des bruits des perceuse-visceuses.
• Alla (8/5): Bella esperienza! Da tornare! - Appartamento è ristrutturato da poco,pulito,letto è comodo, l’acqua calda arriva subito. Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato quattro bottigliette d’acqua in omaggio.Posizione è comodissima. È consigliabile! Unica pecca è che non funzionava l’ascensore. Essendo al 4 piano,con i bagagli era un po’ scomodo ma non è grave. Io aggiungerei due sedie
• Laura (10/5): - The apartment looked exactly like the photos, very clean and in a strategic location, very close to the center and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being on a busy street, we had no issues with noise. The host was very kind, quick to reply to our messages, and very helpful. Nothing.

• Mumin (8/5): Good value stay - The apartment is very centrally located, 5 mins walk to metro. Clean, spacious, and neat. Seems like it has all the basics, I didn't get the chance to use them because I just slept overnight. The communication process and guidance were flawless, which is a rare feature for Athens. Thanks to the host for details like mosquito repellent, water in the fridge, setting up the air conditioner before arrival... Overall, I was satisfied with the stay and value, but people, especially with mobility issues, might find it hard to get there with luggage. And yes, previous comments are true it's slightly noisy building.
• Julia (8/5): Great location and fully equipped! - Great location, right near the metro and near sights. The room is as it appears in the pictures and well equipped. Overall, it was perfect for the night we spent there! While this didn’t affect the room itself, the building is a bit old and under construction. Also, the room is not soundproof and you can hear people talking in the hall at night which woke us up. The bathroom could use a bit of storage space.

It was a bit noise, there are some renovation work in the house still and seems like the elevator never works as you can see from previous comments it’s “temporary” out of service.
• Jane (6/5): If you don’t have big luggage that is good place to stay. - The location is very good, closer to central city. Room was clean. But the apartment was in the fourth floor and no elevator, very difficult to take our luggage up and down. I like this location.

• Kaya (7/5): Beautiful apartment but the building and elevator need a lot of work - The apartment itself was great. The location was great, the key retrieval and return was easy. The building itself was an issue. On the day I was meant to check in, they messaged me letting me know the elevator was temporarily out of order. I told them this would be a problem for me because I had a very large, very heavy suitcase. They told me I can cancel if I want, but it was too late there was no where else I can book on such short notice. When I got to the property it was very clear that the elevator had not worked properly for a while, not just that morning. Overall, the building is very run down. I had to carry my very large suitcase 4 flights of stairs in the dead heat of summer. That was the only down side.
• Kriton (3/5): Poor - The property location. In the middle of everything. Within walking distance are all Athens attractions. Inside the flat was very good. Clean and comfortable. During our stay the elevator was out of order. We had to climbing 4 floors to get to the flat.

We really liked everything but sadly, we only had 1 night of stay and had to check out early in the morning . The building itself was old and the elevator was not working

Clean, safe, quiet and a great value for money in the heart of Athens. It's on the 4th floor without a lift. I personally had no problem with it but people who might have an issue without should be aware of it.
• Yaron (10/5): A great location, immaculate flat and a lovely host. Can't recommend enough. - A well maintained, entirely refurbished flat with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A great bed and a lovely living space as well as a well equipped kitchen. Perfect location right in the centre of Athens (some 5 minutes walk to Monasteraki square). Collection and returning of the keys was easy and smooth and had a good communication with the host who provided a quick and prompt replies to all my messages. Like many building in Athens, this building also could do with some cosmetic face-lift but this has nothing to do with the host, but the flat is immaculate. Will definitely stay there again in my future visit to this magical city. The only downside is that the lift doesn't work and as the flat is located on the 4th floor, it should be taken into consideration by people who might have an issue with that.
