Great kitchenette, everything you need. The fans should be upgraded, the one in the living area is noisy and the one in the BR is very unstable on high… You really need those working well in hot weather!!! We did not use, but the table and chairs look very unstable, I would also recommend to get something better and more comfy… sadly, the tv did not have instructions and could not work it out, let alone figure out the game console. I did not have sheets for the couch, which was unfortunate. Overall I feel that wifi really should be available for guests. I used my phone, but it is standard these days to have Wi-Fi and strange to have an unplugged modem in the flat, but no access… I could understand if the owner has no wifi by default, but having access and unplugging is somewhat strange…

• Anushka (10/5): Nice and cosy! Very comfortable and clean! - It was quite nice and cosy. The owners were absolutely lovely! Very neat and tidy! not so much a bad thing - it’s just the bathroom was a bit small and the heater took a little time to heat up the space.

Love the location, very homey and comfortable inside and convenient to have a pull out couch/bed. Wifi would have been nice, but it forced me to enjoy where I was, so it was all good without it.

• Sally (9/5): We really liked it and would definitely stay again. - Close to the beach. Great comfortable bed Cooking facilities & a milk frothier for coffee maker. Towels provided Thoughtful arrival touches/ a bottle of wine & icecream in freezer, coffee pods, also washing liquid, soap , shampoo & sunscreen. Pillows were good firm pillows- I packed my own, but didn’t need them. Shower was good. Lots of dvd’s provided. Sega game attached to tv, good for kids. Washing machine & dryer communal but free to use. The bathroom was very small, but it was fine. Fold out bed/ couch wasn’t the most comfortable, & fridge hums all night, but if you only had 2 people it wouldn’t be an issue. We still enjoyed our stay. Tiny dining table, really only suitable for 2 people.
