• Derouet (6/5): Appartement qui devrait être plus entretenu afin d’offrir un séjour plus agréable - Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles, c’est appréciable ! L’emplacement est plutôt confortable avec une ligne de bus au pied de l’appartement. Le logement n’était pas très propre… il y avait des taches sur sol. Des équipements étaient cassés (plainte de la cuisine, des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas) L’appartement ne semble pas entretenu, c’est dommage. Il n’y a pas de volet au fenêtre et les rideaux installés ne suffisent pas, il faisait jour dans le chambre des 5h30 du matin…
• Praveen (3/5): Good location, spacious flat but let down by atrocious facilities. - Location next to Moorfields hospital. Spacious and clean. I normally do not give a negative feedback. I hope the managing company takes note of the issues - Facilities were poor ! 1.Providing toilet roles is basic decency ! You do not expect to take toilet rolls with you when you check in . 2.Spacious kitchen but the fridge was not working, so could not keep any food. 3.You need a reasonable bin in kitchen, There 2 micro bins for whole property one in kitchen and one in bath room. Kitchen bin filled up with 2 ready meal boxes after 1st meal and rest of waste over 2 days had to lie outside. No spare black bags provided. 4. Beds - mattresses were worst - they were old and sunk. We were sleeping in a sunken mattress and woke up tired with aches. 5. Bath /shower - mixer was difficult keep a decent water temperature - extreme hot or luke warm water from bath . 6. Boiler in hall was noisy throughout - constant water gurgling.
• Glyn (1/5): NOT FIT FOR OCCUPANCY AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.COM - Whilst the location was perfect for our stay and planned events the property was disgusting and not suitable for occupancy On arrival at the property front door we were confronted with rodent bait traps and missing fire extinguishers. The water tank had a faulty pressure relief valve and was extremely loud and disturbed our sleep. The fridge freezer did not work and we could not store or cook food in the property. The crockery was dirty and not useable along with a greasy oven so we chose not to use the cooking facilities for fear of contamination and falling ill. The bathroom was mouldy in places and throughout the property lights were flickering or not working. The extractor fan was so dirty and clogged up, it was not possible for it to function as required. Filthy and rusty toilet brush . Some radiators did not work and in particular the main room was cold. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and there were no extinguishers available. Windows were so dirty we had to open them to see out. There was a hole in the kitchen flooring and the WiFi was intermittent and it was not possible to tune the TV. The property owner has failed to respond to both mine and booking.com comments or communications and booking.com have failed to provide a satisfactory compensation despite providing numerous photos, videos and emails of the property we have been left to try and deal with the property owner who is not responding to booking.com or myself.

• MHartigan (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID - Nothing.. Avoid Avoid Avoid this property. If I could give a minus rating, I would. Avoid. We booked this apartment for a 2-night stay in London and arrived to find it in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The photos I have uploaded show the state of the property exactly as we found it on arrival. The floors were filthy with visible dirt and stains, there was hair throughout the apartment, the bathroom and kitchen were dirty (including mould and heavy dust), and the overall condition was not suitable or safe for a family stay. I contacted Booking.com immediately on arrival and was advised to wait for the host to attend the property. We waited well beyond the advised time, but the host never turned up, did not answer calls, and did not respond to messages. With two young children and it getting late, we had no option but to leave and urgently find alternative accommodation. We were extremely disappointed, as this was meant to be a planned short break. We ended up having to stay in a completely different area of London, missed our dinner reservation as a result, and our evening plans were ruined. A property in this condition, combined with a host who does not attend or communicate when a serious issue is raised, is completely unacceptable. Avoid this listing. I gave the owner a number of days to reply or contact me after endless attempts from both myself and boobing.com before I left this review. I've never experienced anything like this with a host in all the years I'm using booking.com. Complete rip off. I can only add 5 photos, and they don't even do it justice to fully show the condition of the property.

• Jana (5/5): Pomer cena a kvalita nebol - Lokalita bola výborná. Okna skoro vôbec netesnili a bol tam velký hluk z ulice, celý deň ale hlavne celú noc. Nebol tam dostatočný poriadok. V spálni na zemi a pod posteľou chumáče prachu a vysávač nefungoval. Nefungoval radiátor v obývačke a bola tam zima. Chýbal fén na vlasy. Posteľ v spálni mala v strede zlomený rošt a prepadávala sa v strede. Bojler na vodu bol príliš hlasný a ustavične hučal, dosť nahlas. Bolo to veľmi rušivé.
• Leo (10/5): - Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz in einer perfekten Lage. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle, 5 min weiter die U-Bahn Station. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein Supermarkt und ein Restaurant. Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp und Mail leicht zu kontaktieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Michael (8/5): Very nice stay overall, lots close by and felt at home. - Lovely decor, clean and very spacious, simple check in process. Easy to find with lots close by. The bed in the larger bedroom wasn't very comfy, felt like the mattress had a bit of a dip in the middle, maybe time for a change? Lights tripped out a few times but not a problem to flick the breaker back on.
• Susan (10/5): Great location and clean unit, Not too far from the train. Bus right in front of the building. - Location was GREAT! Not in the middle of everything, but the bus is right out front. The train several blocks away. We flew in to LHR and out of Luton. Both airports were easy commutes. Just a little navigating. This area quiets down early. Bring ear plugs as you will be right over the street. STILL a great property and it is a city. Coffee right across the street. Loved Shoreditch and it is so close. DIshoom was the best restaurant we went to and Blank for coffee and Matcha. Nothing
• Katja (8/5): Ruime accomodatie - De ruimte keuken en zithoek. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken. De bedden zijn niet zo comfortabel. Een bed is nog met een matras met veren, en van het andere bed vertoonde de matras ligkuilen. In de hal achter een deur stond de waterboiler ook de hele tijd lawaai te maken. We hadden schrik dat die het zou begeven.

• N (9/5): Would definitely recommend it for a family (might be too big for 2 people) - Great spacious apartment close to the subway station. Having that much space feels luxurious. The lack of kitchen towels and soap made it hard to do a small hand wash of the kitchen utensils of your hands themselves.

Good amount of space for our party of two adults and two kids. Comfortable lounge and good TV and wifi. Beds were average and very soft. Limited supplies for home cooking (eg no tea towels for the kitchen). Could have been cleaner. On and off sewer smell from the sink, prob not anything the apartment could control. Hall doors loud. Trash disposal not an option as trash room was locked and no code provided (even after requested).

• Kendall (8/5): Very good - This flat is in a great location with many options for food and close enough to walk to central London. It had sufficient ameneties (loved having a washer) and the kitchen / living room were bright and airy. We would recommend it! The shower didn't have a full door so water sprays everwhere and collects on the floor which has rotted the wood - not critical, but it makes the place look less clean.
• Coxon (9/5): Home from home but bigger 🤣 - It was so spacious and in a great location as I was running the London Marathon. The bed was so comfy too so had a great sleep the night before and the shower although not a power one felt like it was. I can’t fault it - it was lovely x

The interior Yale lock does not work properly and needs replacing - it took us 15 mins to get out of the flat the morning after we had arrived, and this is a fire risk - but its an easy fix.

• Kristen (8/5): Overall, we had a great time. - It was comfortable - we enjoyed chatting in the main room in the evening and mornings. There were some restaurants close by to grab a snack and the store across the street. It was close to the metro. The host was very kind and responsive. We were able to check in early which was so kind and much appreciated so we could drop our bags off before we explored London. Never found the hairdryer. The floors didn’t appeared to have been cleaned (candy wrapped on carpet and lots of “stuff” on the floor in the room on the right side). Needed a good vacuum. When we turned the light on in the bedroom on the right in the evening we lost power to the entire place multiple times. Overall, I thought the total fee was very high for the location.
