• Ghergius (10/5): - Apartamentul este dotat cu absolut tot ce ai putea avea nevoie. Salteaua a fost foarte confortabila. Curatenia este impecabila. Distanta foarte mica pana la centrul vechi. Pentru un asa apartament, in tarile din vest platesti cel putin de 3-4 ori mai mult. Uneori e mai greu de gasit loc de parcare, dar avand in vedere pozitia fata de centru, este de inteles.

While there - I was generally satisfied with my stay in the rental property. Here’s a detailed review: 1. Cleanliness and Organization: When I first entered the house, I was pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness. All rooms were well-prepared, and the necessary items were neatly arranged. The kitchen and bathroom, in particular, were very hygienic. 2. Location: The location of the property was very convenient. It was close to markets, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to meet my daily needs. 3. Furnishings and Appliances: The furniture and appliances in the house were in good condition. The bed and seating areas were especially comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen was fully equipped, which made meal preparation easy. 4. Communication with the Landlord: The landlord was quick to respond and very polite. They took a solution-oriented approach whenever I had any issues and provided support to meet my needs. 5. Overall Comfort: The atmosphere of the house was very peaceful. Heating, internet connection, and other utilities worked without any issues, ensuring a comfortable stay. In conclusion, the rental property met my expectations in terms of its location and amenities, providing a pleasant experience. I would consider choosing it again. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay in the rental property, but I’d like to mention a few things that weren’t ideal, even though they are not related to the landlord: 1. Apartment Number Visibility: The apartment number 50 was unclear, and it seemed like it had been erased or faded. I had trouble spotting it at night, which made it a bit difficult to find the place initially. 2. Internet Connection: The internet connection was not always stable, and there were a few times when it dropped unexpectedly. 3. Water Interruptions: There were two instances of water cuts during my stay, which caused a temporary inconvenience. Of course, these issues are beyond the landlord’s control and are to be expected in any living situation. Despite these, I still had a pleasant experience overall.
• Jem (10/5): Perfection. - Exquisite! The apartment felt like home. It is light, bright, very clean – perfection. Nesiba was an excellent host. The location is great. My favorite apartment in nine months of traveling. There was nothing to dislike.
