• Marco (2/5): Andate altrove, per voi e per la salute - The only pro is the sky pool, with a great view. But even that had problems! Let’s write down in points: - it is a skyscraper with many agencies that have apartments. They do the check ins in a room where all the agencies are together, it’s extremely chaotic, and you cant call them before 10 am, they sleep. We requested a check in at 13.30 ( normally is at 15), the manager told me it was ok, of course we had to wait until 15.30 in this ugly room without any infos. - you can’t pay by card neither by bank transfer. It’s just cash - THE PRICE ON BOOKING IS NOT THE FINAL ONE: our 3 nights stay was costing 100 euros, in place he added taxes and it came out 145 euros that you have to pay in Ringgit - we had the deluxe room… nothing was “deluxe”. The room was very small, with 2 windows opening in the middle of the dirty skyscraper. The sink was leaking a lot. The good thing was that it was at least clean - the sky pool is nice, but with all the chemicals they put, when they turn on the hydromassage, you start to feel burning your eyes and your throat. Not the best to enjoy a pool

• Emin (4/5): Bad Hospitality - The staff was very rude. Especially the receptionist made us wait for hours for nothing and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he finally let us go. Overall very bad hospitality I would not recommend this place.

• George (1/5): Gross - None There were bed bugs in the bed, the bed sheets were filthy covered in hair, they were nice enough though seemingly reluctant to move me to another room, which I fortunately did not find bed bugs in though again the sheets had not been washed and were covered in hair and strange coloured stains, I slept fully clothed on top of the bed sheets as this was the only way I felt comfortable to sleep

• Lars (7/5): Super Lage und Aussicht in einem großen Appartement, richtig gereinigt wäre es eine 10! - Super Lage, großzügiges 2 Zimmer Appartement im 40. Stock, Sicht auf die Petrona Towers vom Balkon und einem Schlafzimmer, 7-11 im Erdgeschoss, großer Pool im 35. Stock Schmutzig! Möbel abgewohnt, Alte Hose vom Vorbewohner im Schrank, ein Bad gestunken, Wasser in den Duschen fließt sehr langsam ab.

• Paul (1/5): Personnel exécrable, frais cachés, studio sale.... - La piscine est sympa, literie confortable. Le personnel est exécrable, aucune indication n'est présente, il n'y a pas d'accueil du tout. La personne qui nous "accueillait", M.Rabby, ne répondait pas aux messages whatsapp, était plus occupé avec son telephone quand nous étions en train de faire notre checkin, s'est énervé quand nous avons posé des questions sur des frais cachés et est devenu AGRESSIF lorsque nous avons expliqué ces mêmes frais à des étrangers qui se posaient aussi des questions. Il nous a plusieurs fois demandé de dégager et que si nous étions pas content on pouvait partir alors que nous avions déjà payé.... Au delà du manque d'informations, sur un studio à ce prix le minimum serait un accueil même simple. Ça plus les frais cachés de prêt de 40% sur la chambre, je vous déconseille fortement d'y aller... Le studio n'était pas particulièrement propre non plus, tâches sur les murs, dans la douche, etc. Booking à essayé de les contacter pour que nous puissions partir plus tôt, et bien sûr ils ne répondaient pas. Nous avons eu de merveilleuses expériences dans d'autres hôtels, qui valent plus le coup et pour moins cher.

• Gergő (1/5): Dirty, uncomfortable, not what was expected - There was a washing machine, OK gym and pool. The room was super dirty, including the floor, walls and the bed. Bathroom constantly had a strong disgusting smell, the sink was clogged, and the mirror was also dirty. Overall it did not feel like the room had a deep clean (like ever), or just a general cleaning between guests.

• Jan Lucas (1/5): Disgusting scam, don't waste your money on this. - Rooms completely different to what was shown on the pictures, and dirty. The shower was broken and the room glass had a crash that has been fixed with a paper tape. When we tried to complain, the staff was so rude and just walked over in the middle.of the conversation. The elevators, which were dirty and wrapped with a foam material, were very few for all the people on the building, leading to incredible waits to simply access to your room. The pool was so crowded and not comfortable and two safety guards (not lifeguards) were just beeping their whistles every 3 minutes to kick off all the women that wore a bikini that they found not appropiate.
