- Stefania (4/5): Probabil ca am avut alte asteptari de 5 stele .. in schimb a fost slab maxim 3 stele - Este destul de aproape de plaja , camera mare Cand am primit camera in baie nu exista sapun lichid in recipientele acelea care vin de la ei cu sapun sampon si gel de dush. Un mare minus sunt băile de jos care ar trebuii curatate mult mai bine (miroaseau a wc public) , alt minus mancarea pizza de la piscina cu mucegai , bataie de joc la piscina daca veneai dimineata sa ocupi sezlong si dupa mergeai la masa cand veneai inapoi era posibil sa nu mai gasesti prosoapele unde ocupasei loc , mancarea rece , intradevar multe feluri de mancare de unde sa alegi dar niciodata hotelul acesta nu este de 5 stele . La curatenie in camere lasa de dorit am lasat 2 cesti de cafea si cand ne am intors in camera erau in acelasi loc , am primit proaspape patate Per total a fost ok doar faptul ca eram aproape de plaja . Plaja curata , sezlong si umbrela am avut de la hotel , pana la ora 12 in fata hotelului se afla o masinuta care va poate duce la plaja . Personalul nu se descurca cu limba engleza daca ai o problema auzi “sorry no english” .. bautura .. horror singurul lucru baubil un fel de suc fara alchool iar pe baza de alchool ginul a fost ok

- Marian George (10/5): Ne-am simțit excepțional! - Plaja privata, destul de aproape de hotel cred ca erau aproximativ 300m, foarte curata plaja, locația este super, camerele mari și spațioase, piscina este destul de mare si apa curata, bine intretinuta,toboganele au fost principala atractie a celor mici(dar si cei mari), curățenia din camere este ok. Serviciile sunt prompte. Nu este vorba de ce nu ne-a plăcut ci despre ce s-ar putea îmbunătățit. Masa,sunt cam aceleași feluri de mâncare în fiecare zi. Destul se sărăcăcios meniul în ceea ce privește fructele,pepene și mere in fiecare zi.

- Florina (7/5): Personally I don’t recommend - This is not a 5* hotel at all . Even if it says is ultra all inclusive . Is not ultra all inclusive at all . The food is not very good . I mean it had a bad taste . Personally I didn’t liked and didn’t had many choices . I liked the food in the last night of stay at dinner time only . The pool bar have drinks but just some vodka , wines red and rose and whiskey. It had a very bad quality of drinks . I don’t think it was original tequila or vodka as it had very bad taste I could drink at all . I had to buy from outside shops vodka or wines to can drink . And the drinks which I was buying from shops was very good and was a big difference from what they served us at the bar . It was horible . Very bad quality drinks .

- Matei (5/5): 4spre 3 stele - Apă din pisicina destul de ok și verificată constant Camera spațioasă Personalul ok…, Am apreciat ca ne-au oferit posibilitatea de a ne caza inainte de ora stabilită Personalul este ok dar uni din ei destul de nepregătiți Curățenie s-a intrat zilnic în cameră dar făceau doar patul :)))în 5 zile s-a aspirat o singură dată Mâncarea ( nu merci ) clar nu mori de foame dar nimic wow aceiași mâncare ,uneori cu gust alterat unele din preparate Cină sky restaurant aceiași mâncare doar ca așezată mai frumos Sfat :faceți meniuri mai ok atât pentru adulți cat și pentru copii ( trimiteți bucătari la cursuri pentru paste și pizza ) nu erau comestibile deloc , vânătă cu carne tocată mi s-a făcut rău când am gustat ….,

- Ada (5/5): - There was nothing that we liked. The hotel is rated 5 star. However, I would not give more than 3start. Based on experiences we had in past holidays and different countries The food was the same all the time. There was not an order and it appeared like everyone was fighting for their food . It was chaos!. The room when we arrived was clean however for the 5 nights we stayed the only changed the towels. And the towels i can tell you i have better cleaning cloths. Toilets ,bathroom,room never cleaned . The bedding never changed . Staff was really unhelpful anytime you asked a question they did not know the answer. I This experience has put me off for ever going back to Bulgaria

- FlorCY (6/5): A disappointing stay, too expensive for what it offers, not ULTRA all inclusive - The hotel staff were very nice and kind, very polite and eager to help. We stayed in a "sea view" room on the 6th floor. However, there was a building directly in front which obstructed the view, and we could only see a partial glimpse of the sea. Perhaps rooms on higher floors may offer a better view. The sea-view rooms face a busy and noisy street. While the windows are well-insulated and reduce most of the noise, guests seeking a quieter experience may prefer rooms on the opposite side. Regarding the food, while a variety of dishes were available, the quality was generally disappointing. Our children mostly ate pizza and potatoes, and occasionally some pasta, though the taste was not particularly appealing. The menu lacked variety, and the repetitive offerings made us look forward to the end of our stay. We experienced a water leak in the bathroom which appeared to be a known issue. It was initially addressed with a quick fix using white silicone, but the problem persisted. After reporting it again, the same temporary measure was applied, with limited results, and we still had two days. There was no hotel bar or facilities directly on the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Access to the beach restrooms required payment, as they were managed by a separate beach bar. The hotel did provide complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, but they were located behind another set of loungers managed by a third-party vendor who charged a fee. The limited parking spaces in front of the hotel appeared to be selectively allocated, though we were not informed of the criteria. Despite several empty spots upon our arrival, we were redirected to a lot located behind an abandoned building, with uneven gravel and minimal infrastructure for 20 leva per day, not sure the lot was secure. Some guests showed poor manners (e.g., cutting in line), which impacted the overall atmosphere. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it did affect the overall atmosphere. We were happy when the trip ended.

- Erik (6/5): - Jsme tu po 3 a po 2 je to problém a už nepřijedeme. Omezení teplé vody nechápu, ale že se bude škrtat i s jídla už nepochopím. Jídlo v podstatě stejné každý den, ale je z ceho vybrat. Cena potom neodpovídá realitě. Pokud jste ale nenáročný je to vhodný hotel. Myslím že za ty peníze jsou tady i mnohem lepší hotely.

Стаята ни беше почистена само веднъж за 5 дни.Въпреки табелката оказваща,че желаем почистване такова нямаше.Сутрин кафемашината на бара на басейна не работеше и кафе можеше да си направиш след 8 часа(оказано е,че кафе и топли напитки има 24 часа).Често нямаше чай.
