- Bonnie (6/5): Bring your own mfing t.p. - It was quite literally a hostile. Had a bed and bath which it was I needed. People hang out and talk loudly very late at night. Came into my apt and there were a bunch of people sitting and talking in the living space after midnight. And you can't get toilet paper in your apt if it's after 7pm and they don't leave any spare roles. Msgd the keeper Alex to get more and he said unless its an emergency they don't do "services" in the middle of the night. My apt had 3 rooms with 4 beds in each room. Sooooo 12 people don't get toilet paper cuz it's too late at night (he lives on property)?????

- Robertson (1/5): Uncomfortable. This is not a female only dormitory. The so called “maintenance man“ Alex will be present in the room at - Nothing. Everything
- Raquel (6/5): Overall a decent stay for the location - It’s close to Wynwood and transit that will take you to the beach. Renovated units are nice. The yard outside is not landscaped but there is a semi garden. Cleanliness was ok, not bad for a few nights but you start to see the lack of deep cleaning. Would have to ask for toilet paper, and not anything to cook with. Also didn’t want to hold my bag even though another guest ended up holding for me. Put a bad taste in my mouth. Also accused me about parking in the yard when I didn’t have a car. The host was a drop high strung for me

- Alexandra (4/5): Disappointing - It was cheap There are tiny bugs on the walls. Not super clean. The area was not great. With ~$25 airport Lyft cost each way it doesn’t save much money compared to private rooms with shuttles included.
