Communication with the host was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The living room windows were set higher up and took a moment to figure out, but all other windows were very accessible and safe.

- Christopher (9/5): Luxurious property in an excellent location and perfectly equipped. - The location is perfect, close to covent garden and the theatres in West end. Many restaurants nearby and a nice pub over the road. The apartment is modern, well equipped and fashionably furnished. The size is also good for central London. Overall an excellent stay and will consider returning in the future. As I am over 6ft the Queen size beds were a little too short and the mattresses a little too soft for my liking. However, that did not prevent me from getting a good nights sleep.

Everything was well-maintained, and the host made everything easy. The apartment had plenty of space for everyone, and all the little details were thoughtfully taken care of. We loved how close it was to shops, restaurants, and attractions, but it still felt quiet and relaxing. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was always available to answer any questions. It was a perfect place to stay, and we’d definitely come back again!
- Pratama (9/5): Wonderful Apartment in Covent Garden area - Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment itself, and definitely the host. The location is very close to Covent Garden tube station, and many restaurants nearby as well. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The internet connection could be improved though since i did a lot of video conferencing sessions with my office while i stayed in London. The ensuite bathroom on the master bedroom is smaller that the common bathroom near the second bedroom.
- Robin (1/5): Do not ever book these apartments. They stole our deposit! Thieves!!! - Laundry list of rules - which we complied to the tee by every single one. They found a crack on a window - although we never touched a window or blind. Now they have stolen our deposit - 2 months and nothing. Thieves! Plus the shower had a womans hair all stuck to the wall - gross!
