• France (7/5): Quartier tranquille, facile d'accès, agréable - Le lit de la grande chambre est hyper confortable. C'est tranquille. La déco est jolie. Même s'il n'y a pas de stationnement inclus, c'est facile de stationner dans les rues avoisinantes. J'aurais aimé une essoreuse à salade :-) Je sais, c'est un détail, mais oh combien pratique!

L'espace cuisine déjeuner confortable bien illuminé, bien aéré, de grand rangement pour les chambres. Appartement confortable. L'hôte sympathique et réactif. Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bain pour 3 chambres où au moins un WC supplémentaire

• Hervé (2/5): Grosse déception - La literie était d'excellente qualité Etre clair dans la description de l'appartement en informant: - qu'il se trouve en sous-sol, avec l'impression de vivre dans une cave - qu'il es très mal insonorisé en regard de l’appartement du dessus - qu'il se trouve à 45 minutes en bus du centre ville - qu'il ne comporte pas de penderie - que l'information de la vue sur le jardin et sur la ville sont trompeuses car ce n'est pas vrai car les fenêtres sont positionnées en haut des murs (puisqu'en sous-sol) - que l'information sur les penderies sont trompeuses car il n'y en a pas mais un gros cumulus d'eau chaude, bruyant, à la place - que les photos générales de l'immeuble (lorsque j'ai réservé) montraient un autre appartement (le 3 chambres) avec terrasse et jardin et que cela était trompeur, pour ne pas dire malhonnête, pour les clients de l'appartement de deux chambres (en sous sol). Aucune photos ne montrait que le'appartement deux chambres était en sous-sol ou qu'il n'était pas possible de voir dehors correctement au travers des fenêtres.

• Clem (10/5): Excellent stay. - The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe. The Internet was very good. All appliances worked well. Having an access code made check-in and access to the apartment very easy. Although there is no private parking, we were always able to find a free parking spot on the street, right in front of the apartment. The apartment is not as close to the city center as we would have preferred, but it was not too far either. Roughly a 25 to 30-minute drive to downtown.

It was nice to be able to have 2 apartments for our family who were coming from different parts. Parking at night could be difficult some nights, but not a far walk and there is plenty of parking available. The stairs are tight for those with mobility issues.

• Yichia (1/5): Bad - Overall, it’s very clean. Terrible Accommodation Experience We stayed in a basement room for 3 night, but on the second night, someone stood by the door and scared us. We requested a password change for the lock, but they ended up giving us the password to someone else’s room. On the third night, at 2 a.m., someone tried to enter by inputting the password, which terrified all of us. When we asked who it was, no one responded, so we immediately contacted the landlord. However, the landlord was very dishonest and unwilling to resolve the issue, claiming there was no need to call the police. He did not have empathy and even know how scared of someone tried to ENTERED our room AT 2AM. This entire experience was absolutely terrible and made us feel very unsafe, we had no sleep in the last night. The landlord only said that as compensation, they would offer us free accommodation next time we visit. But who would want to come back to a place full of bad experiences?
• Paivi (10/5): Had very pleasant stay in this place, will definitely stay here again!!! - Apartment is nicely furnished, beds are very comfy, you can adjust the heating to your liking and kitchen has everything what you need. There is parks next to you to walk your dogs. Very quiet, safe and clean place. There is AC unit for the summer also. Buses will connect to metro easily, will take like 40min to downtown.

• Gitaben (9/5): Excellent room for stay but only for traveller's or couples. - Clean, nice and well.secured location and Fredy was always there to answer any questions. Washer dryer didn't had detergent pods or detergent. It would be better to have few coffee packs as some cafe are far. Internet kept dropping after sometime of browsing and became slow. Parking is free but the only issue is if you come late after 8 pm, it is very difficult to get parking in street, as I had to park one cross street and walk for about 2-4 min.

• Kateryna (9/5): Superb - Apartment was great and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen! Fredy was very responsive host and accommodated our needs. Instructions were clear and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Up until the end we didn't realise it's a basement unit. However, no issues with the unit itself, I was not mentioned upon booking. Friendly advice, pay attention to street cleaning signs. Even though we parked at the proper place, still got a ticket for not moving away the car on time.

• Zohreh (8/5): Good location for families with children, well equipped and clean. - The owner was respectful and responsive and he provided everything to make our stay pleasant. It was well equipped and cozzy. The colors choosed wisely to give you comfort. I didn't know that the location is in basement, so I shocked when I arrived. The smell of air freshener bothered me and I opened the windows to reduce it. There are street parking which might not be available if you arrive late and you need to park in further streets. If my expectation wasn't that high due to the great rating of unit, I would be happier, but I believe the great rating of this accommodation belongs to the responsiveness of the owner and his nice character than the accommodation itself. We stayed 3 nights and the last night, sound of heavy walking in the upper floor were annoying.

The only suggestion we would have is to have some cleaning supplies made available to be able to wipe the counters down after meals, etc.

I you don’t mind staying a little far from the city center I recommend this apartment. The lack of sufficient sunlight, the apparent being in a basement.

• Olga (8/5): Pleasant stay in a quiet residential neighborhood - Very clean, recently renovated apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from the Biodôme / Olympic Park and about 30 mins drive from Old Port. The host was very pleasant and responded to all inquiries before and during the stay promptly. Semi-basement property
• Sofiane (9/5): Well maintained apartemnt, and great staff. - The owner is very responsive, I had a wifi issue, the signal was weak and not covering the whole apartment, I complained about it and the same day he bought a wifi extender. Another example is when I sent him a message at 4am asking for checkout time change and he answered favourably at 5am. Other than that the apartment is well maintained. The kitchen appliances are all new and well functioning. The apartment I got also have a nice terrace to enjoy the nice weather. The location is great for families in a quiet neighborhood, not far away from grocery stores and public transportation. Also parking is free in the street. I would have appreciated if the apartment had condiments like sugar oil and so. Also in a 3 bedroom apartment I would expect to find more towels to accommodate the large number of guests.
