• Shpresa (5/5): Passable - The location is great. The building is newly renovated and the furniture is modern. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are new and have potential, the maintenance is far from acceptable. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floor had been mopped, but there were still many hairs left behind, which was quite unpleasant. We had booked a room with a balcony, but what we got was actually a terrace belonging to the hotel, and it was filthy and neglected. To make matters worse, during our entire 4-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. This lack of attention to cleanliness really affected our experience. The hotel has great potential, but it needs to improve its cleaning and maintenance services to match the quality of its newly renovated rooms.

• Elena (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was really friendly and eager to accommodate us. The room is renovated and looks nice. The bed is really comfortable. The locations is really good next to the sea. The underground parking was flooded and no one informed us in advance as we had asked for it when we were texting some days ago. Moreover, the curtains were half unhanged so the light was intense in the morning. There were several hair on the sheets and the drain in the shower was blocked so it was overflowing when we were taking a shower.
• Georgia (7/5): Good - Upon arrival we got a free upgrade to a room with jacuzzi which was a nice surprise for us. The location was just beside the sandy beach and next to various cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly from the very first time we made the booking. It was not a nice surprise that the underground parking was flooded and we were not advised of this as we had repeatedly requested that we needed a spot for our motorbikes. The cleanliness was not up to the expected standards. The second day the WiFi connection failed which meant we were not able to communicate as we did not have a local number connection.
