• Gerhard (8/5): - Ein geschmacklich sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Alle Hinweise zur Nutzung wurden bei Ankunft gegeben. Uns hatt es sehr gut gefallen. Der Wasserabfluss im Bad verursacht einem muffigen Geruch. Die Fenster können außen Geräusche kaum dämpfen.

• Adele (8/5): A nice, clean apartment located a short walk from the lake and shops. - A lovely decorated apartment, very clean and nice space. The instructions to find it is clear and helpful as it’s not easily located. It has a great little convenience store just below. The staff were very quick and efficient when we needed anything. The second bed was a blow up mattress which was not great for 3 nights. The shower is small but usable. It’s very noisy early in the morning until late at night. We managed as we were so tired every evening so it didn’t bother us too much.

• Shan (9/5): Great company to use. - The apartment was very chic & modern. The location was excellent..near everything. The beds were clean and comfortable. The customer care service was excellent, even acknowledged a problem we had & dealt with it compassionately and promptly. The apartment could do with secondary glazing next to the roadside, as it was very noisy due to building works. Could do with more crockery & some cutlery. That said, we would stay again if the works were complete.

• Amy (10/5): Wonderful studio. I'd stay here again! - Very lovely studio in a retro apartment block. Fantastic decor and so much space. Beautiful greenery outside the windows. Lovely reading nook. Super comfy Latex bed. Two aircons and two fans so I survived the July heatwave ok. Up two flights of stairs with no lift, so just be mindful re: luggage. There's a local market out on the street every morning but the noise is mostly blocked by the window. It's all very quaint and a true "Hanoian" feel. You can pop downstairs for some fresh fruits. There's construction right across the road so sometimes it was loud until midnight. But obviously not the host's fault. Some cutlery would be good to have in the room.

• Leonard (9/5): Beautiful and artsy apartment in Hanoi - Beautiful and spacious apartment with nice art and cozy atmosphere, AC and fans in all parts of the apartment, mini market right next to the house for water and snacks, easy and flexible self-checkin, good communication with the host during the stay. The windows facing the street were not very sound-proof. It seemed like a calm side street but got relatively busy in the early mornings with traffic and construction noise. The hosts were very helpful to leave ear plugs on the pillows. While the apartment was very clean, we encountered a huge spider (the size of my wife's palm) in the kitchen corner. So be aware if you're afraid of them.

• Nadezhda (8/5): Great stay! - + Very beautiful design, + very clean apartment + good location + really spacious + exceeded my expectations, better than on photos - the downside which we did not expect that second double bed is atually inflated matrass which is making a creak all night from your every turn which is disturbing others sleeping at the same room. If owner can replace the matrass with normal one or if you are group of 2, it would be 10 out of 10! - just keep in mind - no elevator
