• Jenny (6/5): Was a bed for a night on a trip. Thanks - Late access was helpful. Price was ok Instructions regarding automated entry could have been clearer. Email led me to incorrect box. Something like "handle on main door has slide up panel that reveals keypad for code." Would have been clearer. No cell service, seriously?? Not the fault of property owners but that should be noted on booking sites.
• Maria (7/5): A lovely clean and comfortable place but other guests me ruin it for you - it was very easy to access with instructions, and it was really clean, spacious and comfortable. there were no staff on site. While the first night was very comfortable and restful, on the second night to additional guests came. They were two couples one couple had dogs and the other couple were arguing all night. This made things quite unpleasant on the second night. It would be helpful to have staff on site to manage these situations. Not sure if dogs are allowed, but we weren’t expecting it.

• Bkham9 (7/5): A modern day share house - Bed was super comfy 😴 Place had everything I needed Aircon made terrible noise when switched to heating TV did not work well. There were no channels, no streaming services, and couldn't even connect my phone to it.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Place is fairly new, clean, and nice, on a quiet but relatively busy residential street where parking may be at a premium. The shared dining room and kitchen are well stocked with all normal kitchen appliances, utensils, and some basics for cooking in terms of spices, condiments, etc. I believe our room, one of about six, was the only one with its own bathroom. The rest of the rooms share a bathroom. In all, it was the best stay in a month of travelling and we’d stay there again. - We arrived earlier than some other guests and parking worked for us but there just isn’t enough room on the very small residential lots to accommodate multiple vehicles per lot.
• Ro (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and overall the stay was okay for one night considering everything. IMost things were clean, except the Air conditioner was very dirty (caked up with dust and grime to the point of not using it). The en suite itself was very clean, nice and roomy. I would consider staying again for a night to retest, just in case this experience was a one off at the property. Air conditioner was very dirty (caked up with dust and grime to the point of not using it), and it also was noisy/vibrating loudly when turned on. I didn't use it because of the dust and grime mainly. Sound travels easily and loudly in the house, no adequate sound proofing IMO. The bedroom door to the en-suite room has a large gap under door which didn't help with the sound. Even staying in the furtherest room from the kitchen was loud when food/meals ate being prepared. It also did not help that other guests brought a barking dog during there stay, and many waking were haf during the night due to noise which was frustrating. Parking was a challenge initially when arriving. There were tradies working into the evening near by which was a little loud, but understandable if something was getting fixed. Other room guests also arrived quite late at night and didn't have a code it seemed (they made that very vocal saying nothing was sent to them), and they were let in by others.

• Emmanuel (1/5): Bad - I was there but couldn't have access to both the property and the host. I made several calls to get information from the property owner without success. I was forced to emergency and costly booking with mercure hotels. I was very disappointed and distressed. The treatment l received.
• Malietoa (10/5): Exceptional - Directory instructions were simple and easy to follow. As I walked into the ensuite the AC was switched on with natural light filling the room, the room was very clean and tidy with what seemed to be freshly washed fitted sheets. Towels were available on the bed. There were no issues on my end. Was a pleasant stay and would recommend them to anyone looking for a short stay away from home.

• David (9/5): Fit for my purpose, excellent. - Well set up; clear and prompt communications with the host. Nothing not to like, all good. Be aware though that what you’re getting is one room (with ensuite) in a house with many rooms. You can lock up your room but some of the amenities (fridge, iron and ironing board) are shared with the broader house.

• Jason (9/5): Superb - tidy, modern, nice place over all Only 2 main issues with this premise. I may have read the add wrong but I thought it said entire apartment which means no one else on site. This actually has 5 locked bedrooms which are nice, but a shared dining and lounge area. But the only problem for me as a business man is there is no mobile coverage (Telstra) at the house and walking a 100 meters down the road is not practical when you use your phone all day. Also meant I could not use my secured wifi dongle for the same reason. Other than that very nice place.
• Ramakrishnan (10/5): One Night Stay - Happy with the room for my One night stay. All you would expect in a serviced apartment were available. Bed comfortable, shower good. Will stay again. Nothing specific. Just suggesstions. One person was waiting when i check in and said, the lock does not work for him, which worked perfectly for me . He walked in with me, i was uncomfortable as someone walking with me and notified Mark. Hope the lock issues would get fixed for others. Also few pack of coffee/tea and milk (tetra pack) could be placed for guest to have it early in the morning. Microwave needs to be moved to a better place as next to bins and could not use it comfortably. Need to find a way to fix the flies and insects around.

• Eleanor (9/5): Well Organised Modern Accommodation with a Responsive Host - Roomy modern home well set up to cater for 5 couples with communal use of kitchen and dining area. Secure check in. We had our own room key, ensuite and TV in our room. Fridge space was well set out to allow for others to use. Mark was contactable if needed. WiFi worked fine. Just make sure you touch the unlock button once you put in the front door code (bottom right). Mobile phone black spot in the immediate area - blame Telstra for that.

• Theresa (10/5): Home away from home - It felt like our home away from home. Property was kept nice and clean throughout. The owner was super easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. Other guests at the property were also great by keeping the premises clean after each use. Shops are located only a few minutes away. Thank you, Mark, for the wonderful stay. Should we be visiting in future, we won't hesitate to book again. There was nothing not like about our stay here.
