• TAN (8/5): Overall it is a good stay - Room is big enough. Location is ok . Foods considered plentiful and nice also. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The bed is a bit soft and the pillows are too thin also no additional pillows

• Alicia (8/5): - The apartment is clean and tidy. And nearby R&F mall has a good choice of food outlets. One of the rooms seems to have a strong scent where my friend was sensitive to it. Overall it was a nice stay.

• Foon (5/5): Property needs to invest in extensive pest control to get rid of many many cockroaches - The location was very convenient and we liked the size of the property. Very responsive property management too. They responded to our call for more toilet papers and cleaning etc. Despite cleaners coming in twice, the apartment continue to have many many baby cockroaches in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, broken / droopling ceiling fan in common bedroom which is a safety concern. The baby cockroaches were hiding in the many cracks in the toilet. The toilet shower screens were dilapidated with broken hinges etc. No toilet papers and plastic bags to cover all rubbish bins on the first night of our stay. Please invest in extensive pest control to get rid of all cockroaches and to fix the ceiling fan.

• Nor (2/5): worst air b&b - its rather clean . thats the only thing thats good . the place was confusing . instruction given was not clear at all. i ended up walking round and round just to find his unit . i need to collect key at another end and the unit was at the other end . please dont book if you're bringing elderly and small kids . so inconvenient . electric kettle spoilt , fan not working , lights also not working .

• Nurul (8/5): Great! - My whole family loves the location despite the long walk with the steep stairs up and down with our luggages. Clean apartment. Promptly replies from the staff. Near CIQ. Safe with security on the first level and even at the pool level. Apartment is clean but there are Some minor issues to highlight on our stay: 1. Two of the bathroom water heater was not working properly 2. ⁠second bedroom light was not functioning at all 3. ⁠fourth bedroom no pilllow/blankets/towel 4. ⁠no hair dryer and no ironing board 5. ⁠maybe can provide water dispenser? 6. ⁠maybe can provide extra card for other family member to go out? 7. No extra plastic bags to change the bin Hope we can book again for our future stay!

• Rozimalini (3/5): Its so tiring and confusing to park but the unit is clean and nice. - Its clean and confortable. Complete facilities provided. The parking is very complicated and confusing. Its so hard to find parking and not enterence lead to unit life. The house is nice but not a child friendly in term of safety in to the balcony.

• Wong (9/5): We love the house. - The location is perfect and the house is spacious. Have good facility. Host responsive and replies to your questions promptly. We had run into issue with parking access which is the building management issue.Also the swimming pool is under maintenance so it's a bummer. Also not host issue.. Just the building maintenance issue.

• Craig (6/5): Great facilities HORRIBLE management! Stay somewhere else if you can! - The property was very nice and was very comfortable. The rooms were large and very clean. The facilities were also very nice.  The property management is horrible! I tried to contact them on multiple occasions before our arrival with no response. When we arrived at the property, we had to get someone to come find us in order to lead us up to the room. They also only provided us one key for a group of four people. We had to ask for another key, which they gave us, but did not work. They also told us we needed to provide a 200 MYR deposit although this was never mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Only after we arrived where we told this was required. Then we had to organize a time to get our deposit back and provide the keys back to the management company. It is a horrible horrible system and I would avoid staying here for this reason alone. I do not recommend anyone stay at this property until the management system changes 
• Wendy (10/5): Awesome stay for a group of people - The apartment was very spacious, great view and facilities. We managed to book a slot to play Billiard via a QR code at the management office. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, aircon was working fine. We also spent time chilling at the balcony. Check in and out was a breeze, met the person in charge for the key. Location was convenient as there is a link bridge to City Square. There were extra mattresses too for more than 5 pax stay. Netflix, mobile cast and youtube was available as well. The only issue we had was with the shower's heater which isn't working, master bedroom's was fine.
