• JUAN (10/5): Alojamiento para repetir, seguro. - La ubicación perfecta, en una zona tranquila pero muy bien conectada con el centro de la ciudad. La estación de metro está al lado del alojamiento. El apartamento muy nuevo y muy cómodo. Todo muy bien. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado.

Secador, plancha,etc. Aunque esta un poco alejado del centro hay una parada metro al lado del apartamento La vista desde la ventana.y el balcón. Un edificio muy viejo.

• Cristina (8/5): Very good - The appartment is pretty nice, everything looks good! Overall, we had a decent stay, and the apartment met our basic needs. However, there were a few small details that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for future guests. We were four people staying for six nights, and only one trash bin was provided, along with just two paper towel rolls, which wasn’t quite enough. The host also left two coffee capsules, but unfortunately they didn’t fit the coffee machine — a bit of a letdown. The host did ask us to leave the apartment clean and take out the trash, which is totally fair, but it would be great if the provided supplies matched those expectations. With a few simple adjustments, the stay could have been much smoother.

• Nataša (10/5): Great stay - Great place to stay! The apartment is newly renovated, clean, and in a great spot. There's a metro and bus stop really close by. If you're driving, there's a parking spot in the building's yard. The check-in instructions were super clear, and the host was quick to respond. -
• Rasa (9/5): We liked the apartment - Cosy small apartment. Good location if you have a car. Super convenient parking in closed teritory. There is all equipment for making dinner. Hot water is not enough for 4 persons if ecerybody is taki g shower in a row. It is not enough toilet paper or one trash bag. It is difficult to open the apartment door if you don’t know that you need to pull firmly towards you.
• Ashish (1/5): Very bad - Nothing They are very unprofessional, don’t expect them to reply messages on time if you have any questions which can cause a lot of un comfort 1) we were stuck on main road as the key box was not working no reply of the message and call for 1.5 hours 2) wifi password not mentioned anywhere , upon asking reply came after long . After that we stopped messaging and lived with any issues or questions we had 3) I left my AirPods and I could see the location of those in my iPhone and it showed this place upon messaging the reply was given hours later and by next day the AirPods were gone from their location to another and they refused to help us All in all a place you must avoid to rent. It’s managed by a rental company so there are no emotions

• Gintarė (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean. Near is metro, groceries shop, about 700m to the beach, quite calm place. Washing machine for us as a family was also very convienent. Free parking for the car. There were some misunderstandings on arrival day-the distance equipment for parking was not working so we couldn't come inside parking-streets are full so no place to leave a car especially when it is rented, not clear was written where is the apartment because there are 2 blocks of building-we reccomend to write very clear not just the number of flat. As it was evening for us with children it was not pleasant to wait in the street without food and water-because you call to the administrator and they say - we will do it tomorrow!!! Finally when we wanted to enter the building-they key doesn't worked...After long discussions with administrator they sent some person to help with keys. It was the first time in our life with such not pleasant situation! Usually when you contact the owner they react quick-but not in this situation. It was not written what was wifi, and some other small things... Usually when we used apartments in other Southern countries the towels were changed-here no. So washing machine was a plus. I hope for the future they will solve these problems and react more quickly!!! Especially when you come with children...
• Tung (9/5): Overall, nice stay. - The building and apartment was newly built and we had self chec-in. Location was excellent, supermarkets, restaurants, beach were within 5-10 minutes. The metro/underground station was next to the apartment so it was 15 minutes from city center. Apartment was well equipped with kitchen tools, didn't get hot, and AC was working well. The bedroom bed was about 140cm so we couldn't fit together as family, but there was a sofa bed.

• Raul (3/5): Definitely not for a long stay - The only positive things I can say about the property are that the bed is comfortable and that it offers a good parking space. It was very dirty (see photos) and there's no vacuum cleaner. Big kitchen but very few pots and dishes. Host is un-helpful, he said he doesn't offer hotel service meaning we have to buy everything, but if you stay 2 nights you get 2 rolls of toilet paper, if you stay 10 nights you still get 2 rolls. Just charge 3 extra euros and give people some toilet paper. He said he'll come change the 3 (just 3 for 11 days!) towels mid stay but never did. Washing machine but no clothes rack to dry them. Host said he'll look into one but never did. A cheap rack costs 5 euros. No place to store your clothes - no shelves in the closet. We had to use the shelves from the bathroom for our clothes. The bathroom hanger was broken and I fixed it with double tape. Area is meh, you just get on the subway and leave. Very very noisy neighbours! Neighbours next door yell and scream all day until 10-11-12 at night when their kid goes to sleep. It's like they are in the same house as you. Very bad noise insulation. In the description it says the apt has 75m2, but in reality it's less than 50. The view from the balcony is of a 1-story old block full of immigrants that sleep on the floor with their windows open so you always see them. Also the balcony was really dirty, we wiped the chairs 2 times and the towel was still grey,. Thermostat not working properly, always had to bump 3-4 degrees extra. Door is hard to open, you have to pull pretty hard while turning the key. Also we announced some time in advance that we're arriving with a baby and would appreciate an earlier check-in. The apartment was empty 1 week before bc we checked on Booking, but they scheduled the cleaning the exact day we arrived, so we couldn't - at least if it were clean Definitely not a 9.2 rating as it had before our booking. We stayed in 4 properties during this visit to Spain and this was by far the worst

• Vigneron (10/5): Really good for a couple, we ad a very lovely time there and the host was perfect. - The communication was perfect, we arrived at the flat and found it easily. The flat was great, clean and cosy. We liked it also because its close to everything, metro, bus and shops, even a little beach 15min away by foot nothing
• Kristine (8/5): Very good - Good location not far from city centre, big plus is private parking locked. Apartment very spacious and renovated. Communication with owner! Left with 3 pillows for 4 persons and no hand towels. Straight away i messaged and ask them but never gad any reply wouldn’t stay again
• Oana (6/5): Disappointing - The apartment was nice and the location is quite good. Close to the beach, to the metro, to bus stations and to lidl. The sheets had stains on them. The blaket had no cover. We received only 3 rolls of toiler paper for 3 persons staying one week. There was no salt/sugar available. No bottles of water, no washing pods. We would have liked to receive the check in details sooner (only received them after we bearded our plane). We had issues with the door. I think it should be explained in the check in details how to open it (saw that multiple persons had an issue with this). - luckily, the neighbour helped us. We had to ask for the wifi password. We received only 1 towel for the hands/face and 3 body towels. (Again, for 3 people staying a week). For this price and this rating, I would have expected way better.

• Maria (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of the city with beautiful rooftop chill area. Great place to stay in Seville! - Fantastic location, close to the heart of the city with a lot of nice restaurants and cafes walking distance. The apartment is nice in a nicely renovated building and amazingly rooftop. It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The host welcomed us earlier and gave us great recommendations. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Nothing to point out
• Jade (9/5): Great stay - It's a very good appartment especially for the price we paid. The host was very very friendly and helpfull. The balcony was really nice to have. We really enjoyed our stay and you're really close to the metro that costs only 0.33 cents so avoid taking the bus! In 15 minutes you are in the centrum with the metro. It was also a 5 minute walk to Lidl and mercadona where we went grocery shopping. The appartment could use some extra basic necessities such as an extra set of cutlery and glasses, trash bags, hair towels. Bring your own spices if you plan on cooking as there are none.
