• Elaine (5/5): No photos taken unfortunately - The location and the space. Well stocked in term of cleaning supplies. Not very clean - kitchen cutlery drawers had used candles left in there and all sorts of craps in it. No condiments like salt and pepper (left an empty bottle of olive oil) pool heating is spoiled and when asked, owner finds it a big job to repair. Pool cleaner was left in the pool with the wires in, not safe for children. No wood fire provided. Outdoor was space not clean and couch is uncomfortable, condition of the house is not what the photos had shown
• Silvestre (1/5): Very disappointed mainly with the quality of the pool. - Clean spacious residence Poorly maintained. Spider webs on ceiling of kitchen. Weather strip on rear door hanging off of door frame. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall in main on suite. Cracked ceiling plaster in laundry. Loose pavers in pool area. Rusty Hazard metal fitting fixed to pavers in pool area. Bbq not properly cleaned. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it to a reasonable standard after we used it once. Left it spotless. Pool cover unusable, breaking up from ultra violet light. (Sun). The pool was disgusting and unusable for the whole duration of our stay. The water was green despite it having been spiked with chlorine. My son spent about an hour a day cleaning/scrubbing the pool floor and walls. However the water quality didn’t improve much. The fire pit was falling apart with overgrown grass all over. The front centre garden in the middle of the driveway was very poorly maintained. Dry weeds, pavers falling off.
• Jessie (9/5): This was a great house for a group trip to Hartley! The house is tucked away in a quiet area, but has everything you nee - Great size, big kitchen, pool, hot tub and the land was beautiful
• Sofia (8/5): The house is very nice and large, but it needs a little more cleaning. I lost a gold chain with an eye and a turquoise i - The instructions for entering the house were very clear. The beds were comfortable, the location was very nice, and we enjoyed the spa and the spacious kitchen. We saw the wallabies around!! Our stay was too short. We found part of the pool dirty, spiders and cobwebs where the spa is located, the shower floor is not safe, you slip easily and many of the drawers for storing clothes were dirty inside.
• Kaushala (9/5): Wonderful getaway - Stayed with family last month. Easy drive from Sydney, it was a spacious and comfortable house for our group of 12 people. Host was very nice and easily contactable. Pool was clean and hot tub was great. Lovely place for bird enthusiasts as a variety of birds spotted in the mornings. This lovely property needs a bit more attention to maintenance. Kitchen was well stocked but most saucepans were rustic and need replacing. Lots of small insects/ bugs inside the house first night but 2nd night was good after I used the insect repellent- wish this was done for us prior to our check in. BBQ was not cleaned for us and couldn’t find any cleaning products/wipes.

• Ruby (10/5): Beautiful house, amazing location, friendly and attentive hosts! - The photos do not do this house justice, the view of the mountains is amazing, the facilities at the house are so exceptional. The house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub are awesome and the bedrooms and common spaces were so spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The tv is huge and very good for a trivia night! The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back to stay next year. N/A

The home had a stunning view, and we were lucky enough to see kangaroos in the morning! Everything we needed was provided, making us feel completely at home. The owner's generosity and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommended!

The instructions from Yi were very clear, the surrounding is very peaceful & we loved the kangaroos are freely hopping around at the backyard. The kitchen are stocked with utensils & many activities we can do at the ground. They have spa, bathtub, billiards, table tennis, swimming pool. We felt really relaxed at the house. Definitely recommend for larger groups & family traveling with kids.

• Neil (7/5): It was a good size for our family get together with plenty of space for everyone. - The house is very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family of 10. The children loved the basketball court, the table tennis and the pool table was well used by us all. The children and adults also enjoyed the hot tub/spa despite our stay being mid winter. The surrounding countryside is lovely and everyone enjoyed seeing the kangaroos who came to visit during our stay. The house needs some basic maintenance as it is looking a little tired. It would be useful to have some simple instructions for using the microwave and the induction cook top. The only instructions we could find were in foreign languages.

I celebrate my 30th and niece birthday with the family, it was lots of fun around th - The property had everything we needed and was big for a large group to stay together. I liked that it had lots of activities for us to do aa well. The stove was difficult to operate due to it being an induction cooktop. Only worked if the post matched the circle properly. We also had problems with needing to restart the water a couple of times as it just turned itself off.

The pool cues were broken, so we couldn’t even play pool, there were large moths flying into the property.

• Neil (10/5): Good country mountain vibe - Great location and views all around. It's a pleasant rural area. All the bedrooms and living rooms are huge - in a good way! A spectacular moon rise over Mt York while the sun set was a great way to start our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. And a grand piano to tinkle on in the evenings was a nice touch. We went to the lookout at Mt York to see our accommodation from a different perspective. Note the coffee machine doesn't take the usual nespresso pods and only uses Vertuo pods (domed) which aren't generally available in the shops.
• Leigh (7/5): Lovely big house in a great location however desperately needs some TLC. - the location was fabulous and the house was large with plenty of space for all of the family. Yi the host was excellent and very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and in the lead up. The house is looking tired and in need of some TLC. Beds are uncomfortable. Sofa whilst large is not very comfy. There are broken things throughout the property including a hole in one of the dining chairs, rip in the pool table, bracket hanging off the wall in the master bathroom, electrical wires left exposed outside (potentially dangerous). The property is for 12 people however the dining table only had 8 chairs around it. Spa was cloudy and seemed unclean. Plates are chipped and there were not enough drinking glasses for 12 people. It's a shame as the house is lovely as is the host - and has huge potential but honestly it feels like a party house that is not being looked after. Overall we had a great weekend but probably wouldn't rebook due to the issues above.

• Ulrike (10/5): Exceptional - We had a large family get together. This house was amazing. Enormous bedrooms, 2 lovely spacious bathrooms. Kitchen was large and well equipped, BBQ area was lovely with plenty of seating. The outdoor spa was amazing so was the pool, unfortunately the pool solar heating didn't work. Plenty of outdoor activities, especially for children. There was a pool table and table tennis table inside. The TV was a little awkward to operate, no free to air.

• Imran (10/5): Excellent location for a relaxing weekend - Excellent location. Very friendly, helpful and cooperative owner. Beautiful, spacious and cosy home. The pool did not heat up enough due to the weekend being quite cold and days not being sunny enough for the solar, which is not at all within the owner's control. Everything else was amazing.

Hot tub was great. Love the peace and quiet. If I’m to be picky the lounge is too small to accommodate with the amount of guests. There was no fire wood provided for the fireplace.
• Khye (10/5): I stayed there the night before my wedding at Collit’s Inn and I can say we all had a really relaxed night, well rested - The amenities and space at The York residence is exceptional. And the property itself is very very high class. needs fire wood available for the outside pit and the high priority of the noise needs to be relaxed (I know it is a neighbour problem but it’s alittle off putting seeing all the signs in the house saying ‘shhhhh!’)

• Kellie (9/5): A wonderful and relaxing stay. - The place was really pretty, clean and easy to get to. Great facilities and space. The spa was a little complicated to work out. Otherwise no complaints at all.
• Eiwan (7/5): we enjoyed our stay during a perfect weather and the house was good. - The size of the house, the outdoor pool was great, gaming rooms and outdoor court for basketball. Water supply kept shutting off, not enough blankets to cover the beds. The owner monitors your noise levels with sensor setup outside, and cops rock up with noise complaints despite no close neighbours.
