• EGLA (1/5): - We had booked this apartment for one night, and when we contacted them, we were informed that our apartment was already occupied by someone else, even though our reservation was active in the system. The handling of the situation was very unprofessional and disappointing. We do not recommend this property.
• revuelta fernandez (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - Teníamos hecha una reserva con bastante antelación, nadie nos avisó de absolutamente nada. Cuando llegó el día de la reserva, a pesar de estar insistiendo a través de mensajes para informar de nuestra llegada, no obtuvimos respuesta. Estuvimos un rato esperando con el equipaje en la calle, cansados de esperar y no recibir respuestas, decidimos llamar a un número de teléfono. Nos pusimos en contacto con el dueño y su única respuesta fue que el apartamento estaba fuera de servicio, no recibimos ningún tipo de solución. ¿A qué esperaban para avisar de que no podíamos quedarnos en el apartamento?

• Masi (5/5): DELUDENTE - molto deludente. abbiamo trovato la struttura molto, molto sporca: c erano una quantità assurda di capelli nel letto e sugli asciugamani fornitici, e la cucina, che per noi era essenziale per mangiar qualcosina non necessariamente uscendo fuori, era inagibile, completamente sporca e con cibo incrostato, idem per il mini frigo che era presente

• Senad (2/5): Very poor - Locatiin is excellent. Owner anounced that he has free parking place on premises. When we arrived he explained us about parking place that we can use any one outside among the suraunding buildings but all parking pkaces were fully ocupied by people leaving thera. Likely we faund parking and paid 10Euro per day. TV not connected and not working. In kicheh we faund only one pot and two glases. Nothing else. Electric cooker not working when we came. We send message to owner and he explsined us how ti fix tnhe oroblem. Every day we have to do same. Location excellent.

• Ester (10/5): Apartament i shkëlqyer, afër qendrës! - Qëndrimi im në këtë apartament në Tiranë ishte një përvojë shumë e këndshme. Vendndodhja ishte perfekte, shumë afër qendrës, gjë që e bënte të lehtë eksplorimin e qytetit. Apartamenti ishte jashtëzakonisht i pastër dhe i mirëmbajtur, gjë që më bëri të ndihem rehat që nga momenti i parë. Gjithashtu, stafi ishte tepër i sjellshëm dhe i respektueshëm, gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar me çdo gjë që nevojitej. Kjo bëri që eksperienca ime të ishte edhe më e këndshme. Pa dyshim, do të kthehem përsëri dhe e rekomandoj këtë vend për këdo që kërkon një qëndrim të rehatshëm dhe të këndshëm në Tiranë!
