• Wei Shan (10/5): - 回應很即時，雖然是自助入住也很方便。有提及行程需求需要提前入住，會酌收費用，但很順利在下午2點就check in。 交通位置也是絕佳，離地點站近，附近有餐廳、星巴克，但不會髒亂。 電梯較小，大件行李多的家庭旅遊可能需要分次。偶爾網路訊號不佳，晚上看電視會跑不動，整體入住經驗很好，下次還會再來。
• Kirsten (3/5): - Beliggenhed var i top - roligt og dejligt. Den meget lille sovesofa til 2 var knækket i bunden så vi måtte ud at købe en tyk madras til 600 kr for at kunne sove. Da vi kom lå der afklippede negle på bordet og der var flere sorte hår diverse steder. Risten i bruserummet var stoppet helt til. Vi havde ingen badehåndklæder - kun 2 helt små håndklæder til hver.
• Aerwandy (7/5): Okay stay but could be better - The apartment unit is comfortable enough for 4 people. No issues with manless check-in, loved it actually. Hassle free. Did not expect we had to walk up slope everytime to get to the location. A bit difficult for me with injured ankle at the time. The bathroom looked like it was not clean before we checked-in, which is indicated by a lot of pink moss patches around. And since I am staying for 9nights, those moss grew bigger. As a customer who rented it for quite a long stay, I would expect it to be cleaned thoroughly. Which leads to the next indication the bathroom was not clean properly as the drainage outlet kept clogging and flooding the floor. I had a look and the netting for the drain outlet was dirty with sludge. If this net is replaced brand new before my long stay, it would not be a problem. And there is no spare netting provided where I could just replace it myself. Lastly we could not use the Netflix as per the home guide instructions. Followed it by the letter, but errors kept coming up with initiating Netflix app in the TV because it needs software update or something and somehow the TV would not let it.

• Hung-Yu (9/5): - Only 1 minute walk from subway station. The room is very clean and comfortable. Though no staffs inside building but provide timely assistance and are very welcoming!

• Atsuko (8/5): 使いやすいがパーフェクトとは言い難い - ロケーションがよい 洗濯機があり、浴室で洗濯したものを乾燥できる キッチンがある ダブルベッド？という扱いになっているが、大人2人だと寝返りをうてないと思う。 アジア人以外の外国人宿泊客2人は新婚でもなければあんなにくっついて寝ないのではないかと思う。 確か6人まで宿泊可能となっていたかと思うのですが、大人3人で満杯です。小学生低学年の子供がいる家族なら、4人家族くらいまでがどうにか工夫して快適に過ごせるのではないかと思います。

• Terence (8/5): - Clean room and quiet environment, very close to metro station and shopping street (Kagurazaka) The other room is too small to qualify as a bedroom (the apartment still has space to place a futon to accommodate 4 persons in total). The public area of the apartment building has a strong 'post-renovation' smell, which you wish to get into the apartment asap
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great location, easy to check in, and loved it, especially the small office. - this was above my expetation. Easy to check in and great location. I love walking in the neighborhood at night since it was too hot in the day time. It is good size for 2-3 adults for it's limited space ( unless you don't have luggages to open) I would come back to stay if I ever visit Tokyo again. We visited in the hottest season of the year and with only 1 AC, it took quite some time to cool down the whole unit. I wish they would switch the plastic plates / bowls/ cups .... for porcelain for they are not suitable for hot food.

• Mónica (10/5): Very nice place, we recommend it. - The place was very well located, in Kagurazaka. It was quite big, there was a small room with a table that was perfect to put the bags. It was clean, there was air-conditioning. The kitchen was comfortable to use. The toilet and the bathroom were wide and very well kept. The communication with the staff was fast and they were very kind and accomodating. The extra bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen had mainly plastic plates and cups, and that was not nice. And there was not anything to cook or season a salad. It would have been nice.
• しのぶ (8/5): 一長一短あり！ - 洗濯できて良かった。 ハンガーもあって助かった。 冷蔵庫も普通に一人暮らし位のが設置されてて良かった。 コンビニ・駅も近かった。 部屋のホコリや髪の毛が落ちてた。 スリッパがなく、靴下にゴミ付着！ 洗面台の扉を開けると汚れてて物が置けなかった。 ホテルみたいに、ファブリーズ等が設置されてなかった。 石鹸はあったが、ボディソープ・バンドソープ・洗顔と別々にあった方が良い。 良ければ柔軟剤もあったらありがたいなぁと… あと、やはりホテルと違って受付がないのでチェックイン前の荷物預けが出来なかった点が一番のネック！

• Jenny (8/5): Place is excellent; security is very good. - Safety and Security Supply of Dishwashing liquid and garbage plastics are not sufficient for family use. Rice cooker is too small. Lacking of cooking wares.
• Francesca (1/5): Worst experience you can have in Japan - Worst experience ever. The room was sold to us for 4 adults, but the “extra bed” was a tiny sofa bed — completely inadequate. The price was on average three times higher than the actual value. But the worst part was what happened after check-out: we realized few hours after we had left a pair of AirPods at the property, and although the location was immediately confirmed through tracking, we were told we had to pay someone to retrieve them. We did — and after we paid, they claimed they couldn’t go anymore because “new guests” had suddenly arrived. The AirPods stayed at the property for 3 days, then moved to the cleaning facility. We tracked them there, but they still insisted they couldn’t find them — and bizarrely claimed the facility was an incinerator! In the end, we were basically robbed and had no way to get any sort of refund or support. People like this should not be allowed on Booking.com. They damage the reputation of a country known for its honesty and hospitality.

• Batari (9/5): Superb - 2 minutes walk to the train station, convenience store, and food marketplace. The wifi is very good The facilities for cleaning need to be improved for guests who stay for more than a week
• Maria (7/5): Bien, correcto - CORRECT - Fantastic location, with multiple metro and train lines within two minutes of the apartment 1- Little flexibility. We arrived before 4PM, and although we asked to enter earlier because we were on the street with suitcases, they did not compromise claiming that they were cleaning (the cleaning had finished before). 2- Cleaning can be improved, Dirty vacuum cleaner filter. 3 - Some clutter in the closets (duvets and towels messy in the closets, stacked unfolded) 4- THE APARTMENT IS NOT FOR 4 PEOPLE!. Although we asked because we had doubts and we were assured that it was. At the last minute my son did not come, if he had come it would have been a disaster.
• Kai (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and spacious. It provided a lot of linen for multiple people. All the cooking and washing facilities are there. The location is excellent with so much food on Kagurazaka street.
