• Anabel (5/5): - La ubicación La realidad del apartamento no coincide con las fotos de booking. La cama es un sofácama. La escalera comunitaria para acceder al apartamento es pésima; da miedo. Muy difícil comunicación conec propietario. El sábado le pedimos para dejar el apartamento más tarde. Tardó horas en contestar. Tant por mensaje de la app como por mensaje de WhatsApp. Apartamento relativamente limpio.

• Kelsey (1/5): AWFUL, DISGUSTING, DIRTY, NOT CLEANED - NOTHING. EVERYTHING! Was dirty and not cleaned from the last person using it. Couldn’t get hold of the host and still haven’t… disgusting.
• luca (2/5): Non si salva nulla se non la posizione centrale. - L’unica cosa che si salva è la posizione centrale anche se la metro sta a 10 minuti a piedi. Praticamente tutto il resto. Se potessi dare 0 di valutazione lo farei. Ho dovuto contattare diverse volte il proprietario perché non ho ricevuto né il link per fare il check-in e né le istruzioni per l’accesso in struttura. Ho indicato l’orario di arrivo alle 17 e fino a che non l’ho chiamato insistentemente alle 16 non ho avuto indicazioni. Una volta ricevuto il link per l’accesso, non mi è stato nemmeno spiegato come funzionava, ho dovuto cercare le varie info per l’accesso. Semplicemente inaccettabile e vergognoso. La struttura è molto piccola ma per 1/2 notti può bastare. Era abbastanza pulito anche se nel bagno c’erano flaconi di saponi usati, in cucina bottiglie di acqua aperte. L’acqua ad un certo punto viene tiepida anche se il boiler era acceso. Per il prezzo non vale assolutamente. Mai più.

• Katarina (8/5): Accommodation in a good location - The accommodation was nice for a few nights. Great location within walking distance to the city center. The price was reasonable, so the value for money was excellent It wasn’t very clean, and there was no shower gel or overall bathroom supplies.

• Fahrig (6/5): Mixed experience - Had everything you need, check in was uncomplicated The host didn't reply to me when I wanted to make a reservation for the parking spot so I had to organise that myself. Additionally the shower was cold and wouldn't get warm and it wasn't as clean, for example there was (other people's) hair on the floor.

• Grieser (2/5): Goede locatie maar slechte hygiëne - de locatie De hygiëne in de accomodatie was super slecht. In de badkamer was schimmel en viezigheid, en het bestek was ook nog vies. Uit de douche kwam ook geen water waardoor we niet konden douchen. Ook waren er bedwantsen in het appartement waardoor we vervroegd zijn vertrokken. Desondanks de goede locatie, was de hygiëne heel slecht.

• Rositsa (8/5): Very good - Very good location, nearby Metro station. Small kitchenette available in the property. I would recommend repair/fixing of the kitchen sink battery. We also found an empty package of Doritos showing under the bed.
• Willi (6/5): Not worth the price - There is a washing machine (I didn't use) that could be nice for someone traveling a long time, the check in may be difficult for some people but gives you flexibility. The tv is nice. The apartment wasn't too clean, I had to unclog the shower since it wasn't properly cleaned and had hair inside. The water thermos makes a loooot of sound and is quiet disturbing since it starts making noises any time. The towels weren't dirty but we're old and didn't had a nice smell The bed is more like a folded bed. The building is very old and feels sketchy to walk up the stairs and has a weird smell. There are no nice views. It is too expensive for what it offers, I would stay again in this place it has no charm. Looks better in pictures.

• Nika (6/5): Very mediocre - Great location - close to the city centre, public transport, stores, cafes, etc. Staff is quick to respond to questions. You can hear everything from the hallway as the sound isolation isn’t good. The only heating is from the AC and if it’s isn’t on, it gets really cold immediately. Bathroom doors cannot be fully closed. Towels and bed linen had a musty smell. Walls could use some painting. The whole apartment could have been cleaner. Overall, it was okay, but for the price, we expected more.

• Lily (8/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at La Casa delle Meravigle. The host sent a message to check up after the stay which - The property was perfectly equipped for a city break. It had everything we needed and was a cosy apartment to get away from the city life and wind down. The only downside was the sofa bed, which we hadn’t realised before booking! It would’ve been nice to have had an actual bed and maybe a couple of lower down seats instead of having to make the bed up and turn it into a sofa each time.

All equipment including air conditioner, washing machine and microwave working. The location is also good, you can reach city center by 15-20 minutes walking. Many thanks to Mr. Giorgio. Very pleasant and responsible person.

If I hadn’t booked here I would never have ventured into some of the neighbourhoods I did which made the trip for us. The only single thing was that the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the shower didn’t drain very well.
• Jack (10/5): Brilliant and would stay again. - The property was in a great location only an 8 minute walk from Porta Romana metro station and about a 20-25 minute walk from the main square of Milan. The room was very clean and very nice. The customer service was brilliant, i was in contact with hotel staff Julius and he was very helpful and kind at all times. I would recommend for anyone visiting Milan to stay here as i definitely would stay here again. nothing.

Murphy bed horrible , totally unconfterable falling into the open space by the head board , no white large towels for bathing , small towels hanging out side the window . • Daniel (7/5): A lovely place for a city break! - Very clean and cosy apartment, lift access helped, location was okay, an hours walk away from Milan Central Station so you’ll need to get a taxi otherwise. Not too far from the cathedral/square. All in all, a lovely stay for a city break. Location was okay but you may need to sort transport to certain destinations, i.e if you’re going to Lake Como or Lugano, you’ll need to get to Milan Central Station which is an hours walk away from your apartment.

• Desirée (8/5): A relaxing flat, well equipped and super clean. - Everything was excellent, and all the things were precisely as anticipated. The apartment is immaculately clean and well-equipped. The TV worked perfectly, providing us with great entertainment after a long trip. The host gave me clear instructions on how to reach the flat and complete the check-in process. I rate this property 9.0 The only difficulty was reaching the elevator key. I had to climb to the 4th floor to grab it, then descend the stairs to let my mother use the lift. I would improve this only.

• Olga (4/5): Missed the mark ..... - The apartment is in a great location. Very central. AC worked well. In the listing, it said that parking was available on site for a fee, which was the main reason I booked this apartment. When I asked to reserve it, i was told that parking on the street is free and also recommendedation for parking garages. That is not the same as on-site and deceiving. When you first arrive, you have to climb up 4 flights of stairs to the apartment to get the keys for the elevator. The building staircase is dingy and smells of garbage that is stored downstairs. The apartment itself had a strong and overpowering smell of some perfume oil, especially in the wardrobe. It almost knocked you off your feet. All the towels were really old and smelled musty. The sheets did not appear clean and did not smell of fresh laundry. Bed smelled like it was "slept in." The shower wall was covered with soap scum. There were no paper towels in the kitchen or kitchen towel of any kind. Fridge did not get cool overnight (maybe it needed longer, since it was off when we arrived). Kitchen sponges were used and looked moldy. There was no rack to dry clothes in the apartment. There was a very small rack outside the window (held on by God's will), just above the garbage bins. Last but not least, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet installed, so the back of your thighs touched cold ceramic when you sat on the toilet. This apartment could be nice, if only the hoat took time and effort to make it comfortable -- paper towels, proper toiled seat, new bath towels are not that expensive. For the price, I expected more.

• Karishma (8/5): Very good - It was very cosy with a geyser for hot water, smart TV so I could catch up with my favourite shows, a comfy 2 person bed and air-conditioning which was really great because it was quite hot outside. We were even provided with extra towels and the kitchen had a microwave , plates , cutlery and a mini-fridge..Lots of good restaurants outside and good connectivity to the centre. Instructions to getting the keys was pretty good as well and the host was quick in replying incase I had any questions. Overall a comfortable experience

• Kubrasimsekguclu (6/5): Pleasant - My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights to visit Milan. A fairly old building is a 20-25 minute walk from the center of the duomo. Online Check-in is required. they share all the info before the you arrive but I can't say that the process management is very easy, especially if it's your first trip to Italy. Although the accommodation is not great, it can be preferred taking into account the price performance relationship. In short, if I were to visit Milan again, I think I would prefer to stay somewhere else.

• Divya (10/5): A perfect apartment in Milan for a couple. - The property is perfect for a couple. It has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, hot water, microwave and more. The place is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location of the property is also great. What made the stay even better was the host, Giorgio! He is a delight. He was extremely helpful and patient from the start. Assisted us with parking and even though we ruined one of his bedsheets by mistake, he was super understanding and accommodative. Honestly there wasn’t anything to not like
