• Taylr (9/5): A wonderful safe place to rest. Staff was amazing!! Would totally stay here again! - Great location, great for families! The bathrooms are smaller, if you are a little bit on the tall or heavy side, the water closet is a bit tight.
• Mo (8/5): Very good place and facilities exceptional - Very good facilities and also had washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Also the beds are very comfy. Just a little bit out dated decor but that isn’t too bad and it’s just a small personal picky thing. Overall very good stay and will be back.

• Marina (8/5): Spaziosa e vicino al centro. - Appartamento molto spazioso e accessoriato. Ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali e un divano letto matrimoniale, 2 bagni e un terrazzino/cortiletto che fà il suo. La zona è carina ed è a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Posto auto riservato comodissimo e i proprietari super gentili e disponibili. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che sembrava poco pulito.

• SP (10/5): Ottima esperienza! - Appartamento molto accogliente e tutto disposto per ricevere e accogliere al meglio gli ospiti. A disposizione un sacco di dettagli che fanno sentire quasi a casa. Macchinetta e capsule per caffè, moka e caffè macinato, sale, olio, zucchero, bollitore e bustine di tè, detersivi, lenzuola, asciugamani, doccia schiuma e shampoo, sapone.. Insomma.. Tutto il necessario per soggiornare senza troppi pensieri. Parcheggio prenotabile nelle vicinanze, chiuso con cancello. A mezz'oretta di passeggiata con bambini dal centro città. Noi, con due bambini di 7 e 8 anni abbiamo girato tutto a piedi, lasciando la macchina parcheggiata. Ma nelle vicinanze è possibile acquistare i biglietti e prendere bus o tram per arrivare subito senza troppa fatica! Tenete conto che la domenica (forse anche il sabato, ma da verificare) non si pagano i parcheggi, quindi in quel caso non è necessario prenotare e pagare il parcheggio, ci sono inoltre parcheggi liberi nei dintorni senza troppo cercare.

• rachel (9/5): - L'appartement est agréable et le parking sécurisé est un plus. Le quartier est calme est appréciable après une journée au coeur de Florence. Le centre est à 30 minutes à pieds mais les transports sont près de l'appartement. Hote réactif et arrangeant. très bon séjour
• Nadja (10/5): Perfekt - Das Apartment ist sehr groß, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann einen abgesicherten Parkplatz zu einem sehr fairen Preis dazu buchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und unverzüglich. Zu Fuß ist man in gut 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Aber es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle gleich ums Eck. Im direkten Umfeld (100 Meter) gibt es eine tolle Trattoria/Pizzeria und eine tolle Gelateria. Perfekt auch für einen Abend fernab von den Touristenmassen und mit typisch italienischem Flair. Wir sind sehr eine 5 köpfige Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 4-7 Jahren. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

• Shelley (10/5): Great apartment on outskirts of Florence. With kitchen and washing machine. - The apartment was clean and spacious. We had children with us and there were two "double" beds downstairs and a sofa bed in the front room when you came in so there was plenty of room, each bed for two people. The kitchen was great to be able to cook in and everything was easy to find. They had a little basket of random plug adapters which was helpful as well. We were given great directions on how to find the location and the key and then how to find the parking. We used the washer for a load of laundry. Bathrooms were great. One had a toilet, sink and shower and there was another with just a toilet and sink. The parking is a block away, but it was fairly easy to get to. Thankfully we could unload the car right in front as there is a handicap parking spot outside the front door for us to use for a few minutes. We should have looked up the words on the washer to see the timing of the load. It seemed to take a long time. But it did work. There wasn't a dryer but most clothes dried overnight by hanging up.

• Anderson (10/5): Highly recommend booking. Excellent - The apartment had everything we needed even plug adaptors. It was perfect. Our host was amazing and communication was excellent, 1 of us even left soemthing behind by accident and he is sending it back to us. Couldn't fault it in any way

• Manuela (8/5): Very good - The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable for large groups. It’s within walking distance to most sights. Some of the furniture is a bit worn out and does not match the pictures. It could use a thorough cleaning, but otherwise it is a good choice for Florence.

• Leonard (10/5): Review - We loved that it had 2 airconditionings, even a washing machine (with a detergent gel! & hanger), (modern) vacuum cleaner, mocha coffee machine, nice terasse with table and chairs. The 3 beds were comfortable, however those in the ''basement" were much better than the bed upstairs (ground floor). There was 1 bathroom with a toilet, bidet & shower and also a separate toilet, both very pleasant. The owners were also very kind & helpful, highly responsive to our (even late or very early) responses. Only the quality of matress on the first bed (on ground floor).

• Cecilia (10/5): Nice apartment, helpful host. - Nice apartment, really good for group stays. Host was very helpful with check-in / out. There is paid parking on the street in front of the apartment, if you are lucky with the spot you can see your car from the apartment window. It wasn’t a problem for us, but take in consideration that most of the beds and all bathrooms are accessed by stairs.
