• Guest (10/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr groß und offen gestaltet. Wenn man reinkommt fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Man merkt das die Wohnung sehr gut gepflegt wird, alles wirkt noch sehr neu! Wir sind eine Woche als Paar hier gewesen und es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man in die Stadt fahren will, spaziert man einfach knapp 20 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und fährt dann (meistens mit einem Doppeldeckerbus) in die Stadt. Alles sehr unkompliziert, daher stört es überhaupt nicht, dass man etwas außerhalb wohnt:)

• Koondog92 (9/5): Spacious, clean, and comfortable. - The suite is spacious, clean, modern, and well appointed. It has a full kitchen, large living area, and the tub...oh the beautiful tub. I'm 6'1 and rarely fit in a bathtub. It was glorious. This is an excellent property and the owner seems very nice (during the one short conversation we had). The yard is lovely and overlooks a golf course, and it is conveniently near a major thoroughfare, so getting to and fro is easy. If you don't like dogs, you may have a small issue. The owners have 3 dogs, who like to bark at you as you pass the window. We never met them (a shame...I love dogs), and other than when we came and went they were quiet. We did hear them being let out in the morning, but again, we have dogs, so this didn't bother us at all. If you aren't a fan of pups, this could be an issue for you.
• Ahmed (6/5): Good place - The apartment is very clean, and all necessities and equipment are available. The backyard is very lovely and overlooks a charming lake. The host is somewhat strict and did not allow early check-in even by one hour. The reminder message about the 11:00 checkout time was not very polite. The mattress is a bit old, and you can feel the springs underneath your body while sleeping. The place is somewhat far from downtown Victoria.

Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten jeweils am Tag oder am Abend ca. innerhalb 13 Minuten im Zentrum von Victoria sein. Die Suite ist sehr modern und sauber. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. -

Everything was clearly labeled. We like the quiet neighbourhood in a convenient location. The mattress is too soft. The sofa bed is a bit tight for two adults to sleep comfortably.

Very close to bike trails, which is a fairly easy, non-traffic way to get into Victoria (about 8 mile flat ride each way).

Auch die unkomplizierte Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nicht ganz optimal/ bequem war die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa.

• Stacey (9/5): A comfortable, spacious and well-appointed apartment in a nice neighborhood with easy parking! - The apartment is very clean and well-appointed, with a fantastic shower and bathtub and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable. The linens and the place in general is not covered in synthetic perfumes which I really appreciate. It is nice that the couch pops up into a bed or just a large lounge area… but it is quite firm. Not the best for sleeping on for an adult. But would make a great nest for a kiddo! Plenty of place to park your car. The listing states it is “near town” but if the town they are referring to is Victoria, just know that it takes about 20 minutes each way to get to and from town. It is nice to have the option to pay quite a bit less and be out of the noise and parking issues of staying downtown Victoria. This property is best for early risers! As with any hotel room that isn’t on the top floor, you will hear the footsteps and “goings-on” of the folks who live above… in this case, said folks awaken at about 7:00. So you will too!
• Edite (9/5): It was excellent. I would definitely recommend this a a lovely place to stay. - It was extremely comfortable and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood. There was lots of room and felt very homey. Kitchen was very well equipped and with lots of room. It was new and bright and very clean. Loved the bathroom. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. We had a wedding to attend and needed to iron our clothes.

Bathroom is large, with separate tub & shower. If you're in poor physical health & you have large heavy bags, it might be a challenge getting your stuff into the suite, its a long path with a few steps.

• Diana (9/5): Hope to book this rental for future trips to Victoria. - Great location, quiet neighbourhood, and we loved meeting the pups and the owners. They gave us great breakfast restaurant recommendations too! Pathway to the unit needs a little more lighting for late night returns! Not a big problem, we just used the light on our cellphones until the motion sensor light was triggered.

• Susan (10/5): The perfect place to stay for my needs. - Roomy comfortable suite with everything you could need in the kitchen. Bathroom with both shower and bathtub much appreciated. Bed super comfy. Huge TV and even ice cubes in the freezer. All very clean. Location close to an excellent rec centre and trails, shopping centre, etc. Nothing to complain about.
