Michelle (6/5): overall it is a good enough stay for few days. but with the price I paid I would have expected a bit more than what I ha - great location, minutes away from darling harbour. nice view can look over parts of the harbour. good enough kitchen, laundry facilities, well equipped. the blinds are not working properly, there were drops of water leaking in the bathroom sink every time I turned on the tap, and there was already a plate under the sink to collect those water, looks like the owner has already aware of the issue but not fixed it yet. I was planning to try out the swimming pool but didn’t realise it was not open during my weekend stay :( it was quite vibrant on the street even after midnight, can still hear ppl laughing drinking talking on the street.
Goldie (10/5): Darling harbour getaway - We loved it! The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and the building/apartment security was fantastic, the pool and gym was clean and warm. The kids absolutely loved our stay. Ana was also very helpful. While the location and apartment was amazing, the booking system was confusing. I recieved many emails/notifications from several numbers confirming our stay even after we left. I recieved many notifications about my card being declined even after the payment was made and getting it confirmed it was successful. I was worried that my booking wasn't confirmed right up until we walked to the door due to all the confusing notifications. The details in the confirmation notifications were also wrong ie check in at 12 but it was actually 2pm. Considering we were on foot with children and luggage this caused issues. Thankfully Ana allowed us to drop off our luggage and come back. There was some minor defects in the property such as AC controller missing, window handle broken and blinds not staying halfway up but that didn't impact our enjoyment of the beautiful apartment.
