- gyoung yeun (6/5): - 위치는 중앙역에서 걸어서 15분 전철 타기도 좋았어요. 유럽여행 40 여일하면서 인터넷 예약이라 호스트가 올려놓은걸 보고 선택할수밖에 없는 상황에서 숙소에 도착하니 거실 싱크대주변부터 하여 하얀가루가 뿌려져 있어 좀 이상하다 했는데 담날 되니 개미 행렬이 이어지더라구요. . 징그럽기도 하고 지저분하고 가격이 착하니 이정도는 극복하자는 맘에 4일을 보내고 왔네요.

- Filip (1/5): Good size apartment, but ants all over the apartment. - Apartment is good, but it was very dirty and there were ants all over. There were bed bugs and ants all over the apartment. Not just one, but colonies of ants in all rooms and all over the beds.

Район не очень, в Вене считается самым плохим. Ночью звонят в домофон и молчат, пытались связаться с хозяином по WhatsApp и через booking ответ так и не пришёл..

- Kathrin (9/5): Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub - Sehr schöne Wohnung. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zur U-Bahn. In 150m ein grandioses Wiener Gasthaus Im grossen Schlafzimmer wäre eine Verdunklung für die Balkontür zur Feuertreppe sinnvoll
- Mavridi (9/5): Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα - Το διαμέρισμα ειναι καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Εχει κάτω κουζίνα, σαλόνι και wc και στον πάνω όροφο 2 ανετα υπνοδωμάτια και μπανιο. Είναι πολυ ζεστό και με παροχές σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Το πλυντήριο ρούχων δεν λειτουργούσε. Δεν είχε παντζούρια και ήμασταν συνέχεια με όλες τις κουρτίνες κλειστές. Η πρόσβαση από την μία πλευρά, ιδίως το βράδυ, ειναι λιγο επικίνδυνη. Απο την συγκεκριμένη πλευρά του μετρό, υπαρχουν χρήστες ναρκωτικών και πετύχαμε και φασαρίες ανάμεσα σε ομάδες ανθρώπων.

Апартамента беше чист като цяло. Имаше всичко необходимо вътре. Метростанцията беше на 5 мин пеша от апартамента. В патиото, откъдето се влиза в апартамента беше малко мръсно.

- VašoVašo (8/5): - Ubytovanie skvelé aj miesto. Komunikácia pred prijazdom bola problémová, poslali nám informáciu, že kľúče sú v boxu ale bol pokazený a nešiel otvoriť. Až keď sme sa im ozvali nám napísali, že box je pokazeny a kľúče sú inde. Ale nakoniec to dobre dopadlo

City centre is a 10 minute taxi ride away. - The property had everything we needed for our stay, and was impeccably clean. We couldn’t locate the keys straight away on checking in, as the key box is no longer there. It would be good if the key location could be updated for future customers.

- Ivankina (9/5): - Дуже зручне розташування, до метро 3 хвилини, до центру пішки 40 хвилин, до замку Бельведер 30 хвилин. Поряд багато закладів вуличного харчування, де швидко, смачно, дешево. В апартаментах зручні ліжка, нова сантехніка, чисто. Декілька капсул для прання були б не зайві.

- Filip (9/5): Spacious apartment in balkan/muslim area. - Spacious! Two rooms on the second floor and two bathrooms on each level. Kitchen has everything you need and living room is amazing. Great stay , for boys trip. Really conformable beds. Heating is centralised. Not perfectly clean, its a big apartment and dust may be visible on some counters, but totally normal. The only thing we didnt like, was the rejection of early check in , and we stayed infront of the apartment waiting “for cleaning” but noone even entered/exited the apartment, so we wasted our time. Possible bad communication between houskeeping and host management.

- christine (7/5): - Situé au cœur d’un quartier animé turc, le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Proche du métro, à quelques stations du centre-ville. Les chambres donnent sur une cour fermée où tout résonne. Il y fait très chaud en période de canicule et il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. C’est très bruyant. Les travaux demarrent dès 6h. Une chaise sur la terrasse n’avait pas de dossier. Le quartier alentours n’est pas très propre. Un ventilateur aurait été apprécié.

- Monica (8/5): Central and spacious - Very nice, clean and a lot of space. Great hanging racks for clothes, great shower and two toilets. The area is quiet and private, and very close to shops and public transport. Whilst there is a physical TV, you can’t watch the local television unless you have an appropriate app and know how to connect. Also the washing machine is very difficult to start. Not even YouTube had instructions for that model. Some instructions in the apartment would have been helpful. The staff did respond to our request for assistance after a couple of hours.

- Alexei (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything. The only thing worth considering is that the apartment has two floors and you have to climb the stairs to get to the second bedroom. Transport accessibility is good, there are shops nearby, both small, as well as Billa and Lidl.

- Manisha (7/5): Nice apartment, shame about the service. - The apartment is spacious and clean. Very close to amenities and transport. The beds were comfy. The shower was fab too. In hot weather, there is no AC and no fans With excessive heat warning, we requested a fan and although I was informed I would receive one, none was given. The fridge was not keeping items cold. Could not read the temp setting very well. We requested assistance with it but not sure if anyone did come to fix.

The host responded quickly to some issues we had, and provided towels and bedding that we needed for our stay. Really modern and spacious apartment, well equipped, and close to public transport.
