• Julian Isaacson (6/5): Good value, could be a little better thought-out. - The flat was conveniently located for me and the check-in was easy and the information provided was accurate. The flat was clean. Amazing views from the 11th floor and great value for money. No power sockets near the head of the bed so it was impossible to charge my phone nearby. A hairdryer was provided but there are no sockets by any of the mirrors so it was a little pointless. Difficult to close the toilet door as the toilet sticks out too far. Bathroom waste pipes gurgled throughout the night and made the bathroom smell (not the owner's fault). Blinds on the windows weren't blackout so the beautiful sunrise woke me at 6am!

• StibKa (7/5): Bezahlbarer Familienurlaub im Herzen von London - Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr war gut, nur wenige Minuten zur Overgrund in Zone 2. Busse regelmäßig. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und angemessen ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie: Schere, Sieb, Topflappen und Schneidebrett, aber man kommt auch so sehr gut zurecht. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es lokale Geschäfte, Tesco, Lidl und kleine Bars und Lokale. Gärten und Parks findet man auch in der Nähe. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist spitze. Alle Menschen die wir gesprochen haben waren sehr nett und höflich. Wir könnten erst ab 15:00 Uhr in das Apple, aber schon vorher dort unser Gepäck sicher abstellen. In der Wohnung sind die Fenster undicht. Den Fernseher konnten wir nicht in Betrieb nehmen. Das Wohnviertel repräsentiert alle Schichten. Das Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig. Bewohner oder Fremde haben dort uriniert, hin gekotzt oder demoliert - sogar die Polizei hat das aufgenommen. Die Müllbetriebe arbeiten rund um die Uhr, aber viele Menschen werfen ihren Müll einfach so hinter Zäune, in Flüsse und auf die Straße.

• Maz (9/5): Superb - The host was very approachable and accommadating, and very polite and considerate, Needed a small hand towel for the bathroom, a jug in the kitchen, and hanging space for clothes on the back of the bathroom door and a small wardrobe and desk and chair in the twin room would have been perfect
• Zdenek (9/5): Good value for the price - Staying was without problems, host provided all necessary info and was available. Location is close to city center with use of local transport (bus). Maybe not the best area in London and I was even warned about problematic surrounding but in reality it was nice and no problems experienced. House itself is 18 floors and not the best one, Apartment is pretty big, well equiped even with basic consumables, power outlet adapters, is clean and comfortable. I can recommend. Would be nice to have in the kitchen some coffee machine, even manual one. Bathroom can have small upgrade, nothing major. No other recommendations, all good.
• S (8/5): Very good - Really bright sunny apartment. Lots of space for the three of us to sit comfortably in the sitting room and great table for meals in the kitchen. The entrance lobby and lift are dark and dated but it makes the flat a nice surprise

• Sharon (10/5): Very good, clean, much space and a great location - The apartment was super clean, the host was very friendly and kind during our conversations and was very helpful, provided clear information. There are busstations and overground stations nearby, which make this apartment a perfect place to stay if you want to be in a quiet place and visit London. There were some minor items missing, nothing that can’t be fixed in a simple way by yourself - like a pot holder for instance The shower handle was loose, we fixed this by placing something underneath it so it would stay put - maybe the handle can be replaced with one you can move up and down It might be an idea to install a mix tap for the shower, we were struggling with getting the right temperature water

• Agnieszka (10/5): It was an amazing place to stay - The apartment is really big and even with 4 people we were super comfortable there. It was fully equipped. The location was not in the centre of London but for us is an advantage as it was not difficult to get there by bus and the area was calm and were able to sleep without any noises.

• Sharon (6/5): Fair for the price and good location - The location was good and it there was plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport was good too. The apartment was quiet considering it’s in a block and the instructions to access it were very clear. Unfortunately the tv had no reception so we were unable to watch it. If I’d had known about this before arriving I could’ve brought my iPad to use. There are no blackout blinds so the light floods in around 4am and it’s difficult to sleep. The beds were comfortable but they could do with better mattresses as they looked like they’d been used a lot and had indentations in them. The towels were not very big and had also had plenty of wear. I did come across some larger towels in a cupboard but they were stained and smelled like they hadn’t been washed or used for a while. Also the toilet and bathroom has no window or ventilation which was a little unpleasant. The shower fixture could do with improvement because one touch and the shower head fell out.

• Rickie (8/5): Very good - Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice spacious accommodation with lovely views. Shower needs updating. Toilet needs updating with the flush getting stuck and a slight smell to the room. Tv is very old and only picks up 4 channels (none of which were main channels)
