Hayley (1/5): Couldn't check in until late evening due to key missing from lock box, discount promised and not rcv - We arrived to the property to find no key in the lockbox and had to wait nearly 2 hours for the host to show up with it. After apologising the host offered us a 20% discount, however weeks later I am yet to receive. Would not recommend this property and what a shame being lied to like this by the host, especially when I was so understanding about the whole situation. Super disappointed ☹️
Dylan (10/5): Hidden gem - This property was amazing. Check in was very easy on arrival. The open living space was larger than most other apartments we have been in. The view of the city from the balcony was a very nice surprise. The location couldn’t have suited us any better. We hope to stay here again in future. There were some issues with the wifi but aside from that everything else was great.
