• Joe (1/5): Avoid This Property – Unsafe, Misleading, and No Refund - I booked 3 units for 3 nights at Cozy Living Su Booking for a group of 6. Upon arrival, the conditions were shocking — missing door knobs, dirty fridge with expired food, no temperature control, and no staff available. It felt completely unsafe. Out of 3 units, only one was used for a single night, and we left the next morning. The other guests did not check in at all. The host promised to refund one unit but never followed through. Worse, they edited the booking from 3 to 2 units without my approval, which I believe was an attempt to reduce liability. Booking.com has not yet resolved this despite my evidence and repeated follow-ups. This was the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this property, and I urge Booking.com to investigate it thoroughly.

• Livadariu (1/5): Bad - One night I really panicked and I was really afraid. They neighbours were very loud and rude, a child was crying and almost screaming on Saturday night, I asked them one time to try to calm down and after I went back in my room it got worse. The wash machine was running all Saturday night and on Sunday I went out of my room and saw a person sleeping on the couch in the living room ( I found it very weird). The location has very thin walls also. And now they have 5 stars on booking. I don’t know, that place gives me creeps.

• Mike (1/5): I would never rent again without checking the reviews - The photos show a rather nice-looking place, but the reality is that it’s in very poor condition. It lacks cleanliness — the refrigerator and dishes were especially dirty and poorly maintained. The bed was old, uncomfortable, and in bad shape, just like the pillows, which were thin, worn out, and uncomfortable. The towels were also very old and worn. Everything needs to be replaced urgently. Additionally, there was no nearby parking available. The owner never contacted us directly to offer support; instead, all communication was handled through a third party, who also failed to provide effective solutions.

• Наташа (10/5): A fresh, modern building with minimalist-style rooms — clean, safe, and absolutely wonderful! - I stayed here with my child and absolutely fell in love with this place! The building is new and fresh, just like the rooms — everything looks exactly like in the photos: white tones, clean, cozy, and peaceful. There were towels, shampoo, and even a small desk. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, full of students and young people. There’s a metro station and a grocery store within walking distance, plus a cozy local café with amazing coffee that made our mornings extra special. There’s a washer and dryer on the floor, and in the shared kitchen you’ll find a kettle, fridge, and microwave. I also had my own private bathroom — a huge plus. Everything about this stay made me feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

I hate the parking situation since I had to park 15 minutes away and walk to the car and back but it’s more of an inconvenience than an issue
• Vincent (4/5): UPDATE your listings to correctly reflect that there is NO PARKING. - Room was neat and tidy. These accomodations were booked becasue the listing states that there is FREE PARKING. There is NO PARKING for this facility, only street parking and the closest spot I could find was two and half blocks away. It's always fun to have to walk that far, with your arms full of gear, in a neighborhood you don't know. Nothing like painting a target on someone. If you say you have parking, the you should have parking AT the site.
• Anthony (2/5): Bad Experience - The room was clean 1. Thermostat broken so rooms were very cold. I decided to purchase a space heater. 2. Roof leaking and water over the floor in common area 3. Loud, rude, angry, obnoxious "guests" at all hours making relaxation impossible 4. No USPS access so mail is returned and not received by guest 5. No hot water in kitchen area 6. My room was vandalized and door kicked in. I had to file a police report and vacate two days early causing expense for another place to stay having prepaid the full amount. 7. Entry doors open all night and not secured. 8. No onsite management.

There was only one coffee pot for 3 floors of private rooms and it had’t been cleaned for months so grey MOLD grew in it. My husband had to wash with his bare hands (I couldn’t possibly do it)… even more, there were crumbs under the table everywhere. I don’t get why cleaning staff don’t clean the common space and kitchen equipment. Our private room was clean enough but there was a bunch of long dark hair - even on the new bed sheets(I am blonde).

• Jiaying (9/5): Very worth it if you’re on a budget. Location wise, you are 5 minutes away from a bus stop, otherwise you’ll have to Ube - It was really newly furnished. I hope you can continue to keep everything clean!!! Also bedroom with private bathroom is just A+. The location. When you first arrived, you’d worry if it’s a sketchy neighborhood and transportation, if you don’t like buses (5 min nearby bus station) be ready to Uber a lot.

• Claudio (8/5): . - Very nice neighborhoodneith small houses. Restaurants and shops are cheap, it's near big highways, just between the LAX airport and the city centre. Also Hollywood is quite near. There is limited free parking and some paid private parking available in the house. The house has 20 rooms on 3 floors, with complete kitchen and laundry on every floor. The house has cold/hot air conditioning but it's not configurable, it's the same temperature in all rooms. All the appliances (bed, desk, shower) are new. Also the building of the house is new. Itnernet works 80% of the time. The price is fine, a bit less than average. The deposit is high but it's justified and it's released timely. The house description is wrong. In the description we booked a whole 200m² house, in reality it's only a 9m² room with bathroom. Locating the house is difficult. We went to the location on map marked on booking.com: it's wrong by 600m. We went to the address written on booking.com. also wrong by 800m. We went to the address that the host sent us in a spontaneous private message, first line: also wrong by 40m. We went to the address the host sent us in a spontaneous private message, deep into 20-30 lines of message: also wrong by 10 metres (wrong room number). We requested the owner to give us the correct address, he replied immediately and gave us the correct address and room number. In the end we reached our room but it was quite hard. This would easily be a 10/10 review if it were easy to locate.
