• Thao (5/5): Not worth the price - The location was good, next to the shopping mall. There were many convenient stores nearby. The hot water system was broken, and the host asked us to be home to let the mechanics in for repairs. This was fine in theory, but due to the host's poor communication with the mechanics, we had to go back and forth multiple times, opening the door 3-4 times, which was very annoying. The next morning, the host asked if we would be home in the afternoon to let a potential renter view the apartment. We said we would not be home. The host persisted, asking, "Could you please support us by letting the customer view the house?" We refused again because we were going to be out. The host said they would discuss rescheduling. However, because it started raining, we came home earlier than planned. Suddenly, the host knocked the door and used their key to open the door unless and told us to let the customers in for the viewing. This was extremely disturbing. Even though we were sitting there with our bedroom door closed, the customers wanted to see inside. The host allowed them to open our door without asking for our permission. Then apartment didn't have hair dryer, iron. The shelter, kitchen, wardrobe and the fridge were dirty. Many leftovers things in the fridge with bad smell. Poor condition of the air conditioner and we have to use additional fan.
• Carlos (5/5): Disappointed - Location They said they had an oven. I specifically wanted an oven so as to bake a cake for my girlfriend with her son's help. The sofa was very old and uncomfortable- like a frat house sofa. The room was not ready at the promised time over 1 hour late until they finally let us in and the lady cleaned for over 30 minutes after we were in the room.
