• Yasmin (5/5): Property was lovely, need to sort interaction and service to guests as this spoiled our stay. - Exceptionally clean and everything was available that you need Toilet was blocked for 15 hours and not resolved. Had to manage without and then fix ourselves. No clear check in instructions provided, had to call.

• Nasreen (7/5): The facilities in the property were good, everything worked. - The property was in a great location, easy to the underground & buses. It had dampness in the bedroom. A better dining table with chairs, my son had to study, he struggled on the bench.

• Diane (9/5): A great place to stay while in London! Would definitely stay again! - The property was comfortable and roomy for 5 adults. It had everything we needed. So close to Portobello Road, the Tube, and bus stop. There is a really nice pub “The Eagle”at the corner. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond when we needed something. We left an item in the flat and the staff has been really wonderful in assisting us with getting it back.

• Mgeorge (10/5): I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London, it was our first time and would go back again! - The property was clean, quiet, fully equipped. We felt safe in the neighborhood, enjoyed Notting Hill and Portabela Rd nearby. The tube and good Pub/ Restaurant , The Eagle, markets, bus stops were all easily accessible. We found everyone to be friendly and helpful.
• Riaz (3/5): No Showers - The apartment was nice with a courtyard. The amenities was nice as well. The shower only dispensed boiling hot water. So, no showers. Called and messaged multiple times but got no results. Got lies such as technicians arrived at the location and could not get in. Whereas we were waiting at the due time and no one showed up.

• Anonymous (8/5): If you are after somewhere to shut the door on the world outside, a clean shower and bed, this is perfect. - The apartment was cosy and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. The entrance and exact location was not ideal. The rear terrace was also smaller than it looked in the photos on the website.

• Susan (5/5): certainly not “”penthouse “” standard… - reasonably handy to Portobello Rd floors were filthy. kitchen had no teatowels or cloth to wipe down sink. Lighting throughout was low level which made the below ground areas very dark. Heating was intermittent and hard to control
• Drew (9/5): Nice, spacious apartment minutes from the Portobello Market. - Great neighborhood a short walk to the tube station, it is also on a major bus route. A beautiful old pub is right around the corner, a Tesco Express and a few small corner stores are nearby. We had to search for bedding for the pull-out couch, nothing was where they had indicated it would be. We had to cobble together bedding with what we could find. Most rentals like this will have everything ready next to the couch. Definitely not a deal breaker, but not something to overlook.

The location was top (very well served b bus or underground). Portobello Rd is a only 2 min wak!! the pictures show exactly as advertised...there were no bad surprises. Key handover and communication with management is 5star!!! when back in London will stay there again for sure!!! not much to say...it was a very good price/location ratio

• Rupert (7/5): Well located and comfortable as a short stay London base for seeing the sites. - Well located with a bus stop right outside which took us door to door to Science and Natural History Museum and Paddington Station. Beds were comfy, extra blankets were provided too if we had needed them. Kitchen is not well equipped. Broken pans, no drying up cloths, sponges or oven gloves and a lack of cutlery. some of the glasses in the cupboard were broken. it would be good to have some privacy curtains over the front window and front door as you feel a bit exposed being a basement flat.
