• Mark (9/5): We were very happy to stay in such a nice clean place before catching the Tasmania ferry early. - The host was super communicative and friendly, photos and descriptions were made available and we were able to communicate easily. The space was perfectly clean, and all fabric items were fresh and new. An off-street covered car space was provided and the host was there to greet us and show us our room even though we had to check in relatively late. The bed was very firm for us, perhaps a mattress topper would make it more comfortable.

• janna (10/5): A great stop during our journey. The housing is new, beautiful and clean, and everything is of high quality. - Everything was great! Convenient and close to the main highway. The owner is in touch and quickly answered the call and we solved the problem. Thanks to the very good explanation and complete information provided by the owner, we quickly found this house. The house is perfectly clean, everything is tidy, a fresh bed and good towels. Body and hair cleansers are available. It was warm, and there was a pleasant smell in the room. A 10-minute drive from the apartment, there is a large shopping center where you can buy necessary groceries or sit in a pizzeria or bar. Parking is convenient, and it's quiet and noiseless around these townhouses. The only inconvenience we felt was the narrow bed for us. I understand that the room is small, and this is an adequate size for such a room, but we are used to sleeping on larger beds.

Karl provided excellent photos of the Town House and its location with off street parking. The Town House was very clean with modern appointment of furniture. Stairs required careful navigation if you had feet/leg/balance problems. We would definitely stay there again. Private ownership of the Town House gave a much more friendly reception and comfort.

The personal touches Karl offered made the stay unique and special. A place you can make yourself at home. The bathroom was lovely and modern however water leaked from the shower area into the bathroom. Improvement on seiling on shower door/drainage improvement would make a massive difference.

Our bedroom and ensuite were smallish but very comfortable. We think it was good value. We weren’t expecting to be sharing the apartment with the host, and felt a little uncomfortable about this. Karl was very pleasant and chatty, but we didn’t realise that “shared facilities” actually meant that he lives there.
