• Haide (10/5): Great location! - I had a great stay at this spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. The location couldn't be better – right across from the tube station, making it super easy to get around the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly and responsive, and the area was quiet yet convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Would definitely book again! Loved it!!!!

We have no bad observations to make. People commented on the photos that weren't of the flats. We were worried about that. Only the first photo really isn't, but the other photos are exactly what the flat looks like. And that was fine.
• Bai (1/5): This people advertise the wrong flat. They know what they are doing and is wrong. They ruin my stay. - The only good thing is that the property is next to a train station. They advertise the wrong flat. The flat that i paid for on the booking website was not the one that i awarded when i checked in. This was a clear misrepresentation.
• Gemma (8/5): Good value for money - Good location. Plenty of room. Staff really helped in phone when I had trouble with internet connection. Door to bathroom didn't shut properly and was off hinges. Air bed had slight leak so deflated a bit in the night!
• Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - Location was really good, across from the tube & food shops & takeaways beside property. They are advertising the wrong flat. Smell hits you as soon as you go in the front door, obviously had a leak, which was evident from celing marks. The kitchen/dining area is really nice, but bedrooms & bathrooms are patched up. The door to the ensuite was hanging by 1 hinge, and curtains fell down ! DIY person maintaining property isn't doing a very good job & obviously cutting corners. I am also still waiting for my deposit to be credited.

Extremely bad mould (Health issue) & broken toilet not fixed had to move apartments 9 days later, no sheets, wet towels folded on bed, washer/dryer machine - dryer didn't work, main bedroom floor sticky liquid from floor all the time and couldn't shut the door. Pictures on Booking.com not the same apartment. Responses from owner very poor.
• Paul (1/5): Mould and damp! - Location There was mould in every room, water stained carpets, the shower did not fit, the curtains did not close, dirty water coming between floorboards. We seat didn’t fit, Can’t upload all the photos as it won’t let me , and the photos used are is not the apartment we stayed in
• Robert (5/5): Apartment needs some attention - Location was convenient and the apartment is roomy and set up nicely There seemed to be a water leak under the floor in the main bedroom which was causing mold on the walls and flooring to buckle. There were numerous repairs needed to bring the apartment up to what the photos showed. The apartment was very moist and hot while we were there.

We arrived just after midnight to find the apartment was completely different. Not the one shown in the ad - It is much smaller and a lot worse than advertised. In a very poor state and not overly clean. We then jumped onto booking. Com to see the reviews and saw someone mentioned a blocked toilet so we decided to try the toilets and sure enough, when we flushed the toilet filled with water and drained very slowly and clearly hadn’t been fixed. Toilet in ensuite is blocked Other toilet is dodgy as well which made us very concerned on using the facilities. Hall runner is slippery and a slip hazard for my elderly mother who was staying with us. Mattress in larger room sinks in the middle so if two people sleeping there, you’ll both end up in the middle of the mattress. Cot does not assemble properly so is unsafe for infant Because of cot unsafety I couldn’t put our baby to sleep in there so I had to co sleep with our baby and my husband slept on the small couch in the loungeroom. No spare blankets. Bed frame is too big for mattress in smaller room and mattress sags at the edge making getting in and out uncomfortable. The bed frame was also broken so if you sat on the end of the end it sunk all the way down. No netflix or wifi information provided- payment not made for the Netflix account provided so no access and no wifi password. Mattress against the wall in smaller room. No room to put it so it takes up space needlessly Sign on the balcony door threatens £200 fine if it is opened The keys also got stuck in the front door so we were unable to leave the apartment and anyone can get inside our unit No dryer as advertised which was a big thing for us as we had to wash clothes for our baby. We had to leave in the morning as soon as we were given the clear to do so from the host and still haven’t received a refund and the host is avoiding our messages.

• Scarpel (1/5): Nightmare. I don't understand the positive comments. The photos on booking are of another apartment. - Nothing al all. The apartment building is old and dirty AND IS NOT THE ONE ADVERTISED IN BOOKING. The two bathrooms were a disaster. The en-suite bathroom did not flush and we slept with the 'smell of our liquids/organic soils also had an aluminum floor sill, very cut, detached and dangerous. The second bathroom had floor tiles peeling off and the tub with shower was not usable inquando the supports were different from the hand shower. The oven was dirty. The window facing the street did not close and it looked like the bed was street-side. The 'other bedroom, while we were sleeping, the slat supports broke and we sank into the bed. The cooking plate is so old that there are no more directions for using it. the coffee machine was not usable as the waffle stand was missing. The kitchen was all dirty and ruined. To all our complaints, the owner, after 2 days of our stay, told us that we could leave the apartment and he would refund the remaining days!!! Me family and two little 2 year old children!!! Try to move everything and find an apartment at an acceptable price for a family for a remaining stay of 2 days!!! i have atteched the real appartment pictures.

• Nikola (9/5): Lovely stay in London - The property was as described, spacious, clean and newly furnished. Location, which was 5min walk to the central line tube station, is a big plus. There are 2 convenience stores near the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment. For the first night we slept in some spare apartment, because they had some plumbing issues with the one that we booked, but this was solved the next day, and the communication with the agent/host went smoothly, so no big issues here. Other than that, everything else was fine.
• Jee (7/5): Because of the location, the stay there was quite convenient - Good location - walking distance to Underground starion Was expected to have twin beds in the bedrooms but ended up with double beds. As my fellow travellers didn’t want to share beds ended up 2 of us have to sleep on inflatable mattress in d living room ! The property is a bit run down - one of the toilet flush not working. Bathroom door can’t close properly. Oven wasn’t clean. But staff did attend to our requests.

The property was very clean, nice modern decor and the WiFi speed was impressive. The grocery store Tesco and Sainsbury’s were directly below the apartment so didn’t have to go far for some food. I would definitely book again. Nothing
