When I woke up to get dressed another bug was crawling on me! I was so afraid to bring them home I had to leave my luggage outside and wash all the clothes before taking anything inside.

• Капинус (10/5): Everything was quite good; the location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. - Hi! We were greeted at the reception by a very pleasant young man who helped us choose a room. We ended up switching from a room with a Jacuzzi—but we ultimately achieved our goal. I really appreciated that they helped us resolve everything and get checked in to a spacious room without any difficulties whatsoever. We had a really great time at the pool—we enjoyed everything. I would recommend not making the bed if there are stains on the sheets—replace them.

Also have to walk soooo far to get from 1 pool to another Flo rider was really fun might not be too good if facilities are real crowded but was great when we were there
• Kinnard (3/5): Unacceptable property condition - Elevator worked and maintenance staff was responsive Room appeared to have been flooded very recently and the damage from the flooding resulted in floor laminate popped up across most of the room creating a significant safety hazard. My wife scraped her toe walking on the damaged floor. I messaged the property stating that I felt the room was in bad shape and should not have been released for a reservation. I took pictures of the damage. Numerous lights were not working as well. I normally do not complain but this was bad. I work in engineering and maintenance and I personally would not have released this room for customers due to the liability and risk.

• Dayana (4/5): It’s a low-category hotel , actually. - The property is very big . The rooms, are very spacious; they connect to each other, they looks like apartments. The shower curtain was broken. The lamps in the room, the light bulbs, are burnt out; they’re not working.

Could not get in to main lobby area till 7. I get up at 5 ish...no coffee! No food! I would say your facility is poorly run at best. Too bad, had so much potential.

Os funcionários da recepção foram muito gentis e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. Como não falo inglês, fiquei muito grata pelo esforço que fizeram para me ajudar e explicar tudo com paciência e simpatia. A equipe tornou a experiência mais acolhedora e confortável para minha família. Apesar de o hotel ter uma boa localização, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O carpete do quarto e o piso de cerâmica estavam visivelmente sujos, o que acabou sendo um problema sério, principalmente porque meu bebê de 10 meses ficou completamente sujo ao entrar em contato com o chão. Além disso, havia duas áreas no piso com irregularidades que representaram risco, e infelizmente meu bebê acabou se cortando no pé. No banheiro, também foram encontrados longos fios de cabelo no chão, o que demonstra falta de higiene adequada. Os móveis do quarto eram antigos e apresentavam marcas visíveis de uso, o que reforça a necessidade de uma melhor manutenção e renovação dos ambientes.

• Cherminda (7/5): 7 - Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, toen we 1 dag later aan kwam door vertraging in brussel en later in washington en ons vlucht had gemist. Veel facilititeiten maar de wasgelegenheid werd niet goed onderhoud waardoor onze kleding vies werden met een wasje draaien. Verder kreeg we een nieuwe kamer toen de warmwater niet geheel warm werd. Hierdoor kreeg we een kamer waar de voel bol stond van waterschade maar ik begrijp dat dit onvoorkomen is door de aansluiten watervoorziening wel jammer. Verder is er alleen gelegenheid voor koffie allen op de kamer maar thee moet je afhalen binnen de gelegenheid dichtbij receptie. Verder is ligt je wel op afstand van stadsgelegenheid waardoor je verplicht een auto moet huren anders moet je gebruikmaken van uber of taxi.

• Nicole (6/5): - Breakfast wasn’t included in the pool area with the water slides, and the flow. Rider was much smaller than what the picture show. For as big as the property, it was a very small congested pool area.

• Waddy (7/5): I was here for a cheer competition. Great location to everything. - The staff was very nice and accommodating. A lot of construction and an elevator was out of service.
• Lastovka (6/5): The pull out couch smelled of urine and after informing guest service they worked on solving the issue. It lead to getti - Multiple activities and areas within the property to keep the kids busy and entertained. Limited parking and food area was expensive.

• gozen (7/5): - We stayed four people. Only one person a day takes a reservation for Sorf. We definitely did not take advantage of it because we stayed for two days. There were no pillows, sheets, etc. for the children in the room. The deficiencies we wanted in the morning came after calling five times at 12 at night.
