Me suis gratter toute la nuit . Vraiment je comprends pas Et la personne qui nous a reçu n’en avait rien à battre car elle est venue pour l’eau et a dit simplement ben il y a sûrement un problème et rien d’autre en plus même pas s’excuser ni rien . • María odavias (5/5): Desastre - No es lo que muestra las imágenes de Booking Las habitaciones están en segundo piso y son demasiado estrechas las escaleras No son las camas y las habitaciones como dicen en una habitación hay una cama pequeña con otra que se saca y no deja espacio para caminar y la otra dice cama doble y no lo es y hay que sacar debajo de la cama otro nicho En uno de los apartamentos había cucarachas y las sábanas de los nichos sucias No había papel higiénico ni toallas No hubo atencion del personal solo una señora llegó y entrego las llaves incompletas y nos dejó en una bolsa las cosas que faltaban que encontramos cuando llegamos en las horas de la noche Tuvimos una urgencia en un apartamento se cerró una habitación y una persona de la población nos la abrió porque no contestaron el teléfono que tenía para comunicarme con la responsable nunca contesto Nos tocó dejar las llaves en un sitio porque solo a las 10.30 de la mañana contesto la encargada ya íbamos viajando Todo lo anterior

• Sylvia (9/5): Superb - The location was great The noise from outside was so bad I could not sleep. I actually checked to see if the windows were open.
• Natasha (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and well situated to sit and observe the stretch. The staff was accommodating. The apartment was equipped with the necessities and easily available to food and the town center, which was within walking distance. The temperature dropped with heavy rains, it was so cold and there were no additional blankets. While the apartment is clean, they should open up the windows for some fresh air to circulate.

Some confusion with check in and payment as the main reception is near the bus drop off instead of the property itself. No hot water and the staff could not be contacted. We were also given the room on the first floor, which had a weird basement attic in the bedroom.
